I apologize in advance as it is not my intention to offend anyone maybe playing in micro Stakes but I guess I don't understand why so many of you make so many small withdraws from the site. As a rule I tried to cash out once a month. The only exception is when I have a large score. So I normally keep $1500 in my account at the beginning of the month and withdraw everything above and beyond that at the end of the month. I have never had any problems with time or any other matter regarding these withdrawals. They are normally in my PayPal account within a day and then minutes later are transferred to my checking account. Global has restricted withdrawal amounts to be no less than $50. I'm seeing a lot of posters on here of people withdrawing that amount or a little bit more on a regular basis. What is the reasoning for this? It's your bankroll or a portion of it so why use it as a daily wallet? I mean if your keeping your bankroll it's such a small amount that you have to withdraw $50 every 2 or 3 days it makes me wonder how many deposits you're making. To me it just seems like a big headache and these people are making themselves nauseous worrying about whether or not Global poker is going to take their 50 bucks and lock up shop. Keep opening that oven door and that cake is going to cave in.

I requested a cash out in the amount of $700 on 3/17, shortly after receiving a collusion refund as I put in a decent amount of volume at 200NL and 400NL.

It has now been 11 days and the cash out has not been confirmed, let alone processed. I've been on the site since Aug. '17 and have cashed out dozens of times with no issues. Typical turnaround I've experienced is 48 hours or less.

Any one else experiencing these sort of delays?

Can @GlobalPoker_Joey or some other Global rep. look into this for me? Lmk and I'll PM my user name. Thanks in advance.

Not necessarily a complaint, more of an observation. My first couple of withdraws, once approved went into PayPal within 2-3 hours. The last few, once approved are taking 12+ hours to go into PayPal.

Happy to help but I don't think you will be able to PM - Let me know your username and I will chase up for you.

If you don't want to share your username just email support again and let them know you have spoken to me.

I think it's smart to Cash out winnings as much as possible and keep the min bankroll needed for your stake on a site that can literally be shut down anyday. You can always redepos it if you have a losing day and need to add a little more.

ya I hear ya but we also don't wanna abuse it. I've talked to regular players who use the paypal button same as a casino cage and cash out whatever they have after every session and then depo again the next day and if that keeps happening the min wd limit will probably go up and/or fees will be added. For recs sure do whatever but regs/grinders I think should keep a couple days worth of losses in case of bad runs and cashing out after a big run or weekly I think is ok. Monthly as said above is a but much but I agree with most of Wiz's post about it other than that.

Ummm guys, I just did another withdraw request at 2:07 AM, it was approved 2 minutes later and in PayPal at 2:33 AM

That's ridiculously fast withdraw speed and super impressive. Keep up the good work GP

I tend to keep 10-15 buyins on any poker site that allows fast (within 30minute) deposits.

If necessary I can deposit more, and I cash out anytime my BR gets to be more than 25 buyins.

my request from 6 hours ago has still not been approved. i received an email this afternoon that says they are experiencing a high volume of customer requests. normally my requests are approved immediately

@GlobalPoker_Joey, have you had a chance to look into my withdrawal? It has been nearly 2 weeks since I've made my withdrawal and have yet to receive it or receive any details as to the delay. Thanks again.

Nice to see a polite post reminding Joey to look into your withdrawal situation. The degens around here would be in ALL CAPS MODE calling Global a PONZI SCHEME after two weeks of no response.

You're a class act!

I've cashed out twice after playing for a week and have had my cashouts next business day. I'm also hearing bad stories about paypal closing accounts related to gambling. Should I be worried having two 5k transfers coming from VGW holdings only a couple days apart?

First cash out
Sent documents on April 1, 10:43AM for the minimum $50
Still no word back

Hi spade_queen,

Sorry for the delay. I believe your cashout has now been processed.

Let me know if you need anything else!

What causes these seemingly random delays? I have Cashed out numerous times in the past month within 24 hours and yet I hear about multiple day posts from people.

Can I verify my account before I make a withdrawal?

Why do some people fall in love and others do not?

My point being, your question is so open ended there is likely not an answer you will find that will satisfy you. I bet delays could happen for all of the following reasons:

* Holiday
* Weekend
* Your account has something that got flagged
* Email got missed
* Your cashout was assigned to a rep who is sick today
* Paypal pushed back for no reason and that has to be resolved.
* Major site issues have everyone tasked elsewhere

Try this question instead:

"My account has been getting cashouts very quickly, under 24 hours, but this last one took 96 hours. I am not complaining, but I do want to make sure nothing has shown up on my account that would have caused this slow down. Could you check and make sure everything is in order?"

Obviously it could be all of those. Was just curious if there was a common factor in most of these cases.
