Played and deposited two small amounts. Cashed out for $71.87 on May 5th at 8:25pm - got email requesting verification documents. Sent email 4x with documents that are clear and sharp. No response to any of my emails and Cash Out still shows pending approval. Been 5 days. My email tracker doesn't show they have read any of the emails I sent but that could easily be blocked.
I see others have been approved faster and response times have been quicker.
Wondering if cash out will ever happen.

Paypal charges 4.4% +0.30 for every cash out request and yes, it is the only option available as of this time.

Hey Everyone! Glad to see that the online poker community is able to play again stateside. With that said, I registered two days ago, sent in my ID verification, got to playing a little, and had a nice little 70% win from my initial buy-ins. I have noticed that a few of you are very skeptical about this site in regards to getting paid for your work that you put in. (Hopefully wins). This is a highly legitimate question, and should not be frowned upon by others. Many in the online poker community have been victims of outright larceny, theft, embezzlement, etc. Many were taken for 5+ figures, and some even 6. Most would have preferred a home invasion and everything in their house taken, than what happened to many. So please, understand their skepticism and keep an open mind to their concerns. As history says, if it happened once, the chances of it happening again are on a heightened structure.

With that said, I am flipping the coin on this issue. I have decided to stay at a low debt win-loss ratio on this site, and I'm testing the waters. If they decide to tuck tail and run, they can have my paltry cash in. Some do not have issues with cash-outs, some do. We shall see, and I will update accordingly. I will cease all further actions until identity email is established, and my cash-out goes thru. For some, the identity issue has not been addressed for over 2 weeks, and their cash-outs have not been approved for large 4 figure sums. Please do not put yourself into this situation until you have reached the satisfaction level of this company doing GOOD business, and their customer service is up to par and people are actually sending back emails promptly, in good business fashion.

I am not going to e-mail bomb them, nor am I spamming them. I did receive an auto reply from them stating that they are having large amounts of email queries, and I would be receiving an answer within 24-48 hours. So, I will wait patiently, as we must, for them to get business handled. I have put a timeline on this for 10 business days, from 5/10/2017. This should give them ample to handle it. I will be impressed if they do.

The ball is in their court. If they prove themselves with honesty, integrity, and straightforwardness, that would be a huge step in the right direction for many. If not, this will be another online travesty if you don't watch your 6.

Im hoping for the best here, and I'll update anyone that may be thinking of joining and re-joining the online poker community, providing the information candidly and openly, so they can make informed decisions for themselves, if they feel the need to contact me.

There is an entire thread with successful cash outs. Only people having issues can't follow simple instructions with their verification documents. Also 5 days and then a2 day wait to get your cashout is fairly quick in today's US environment. I've cashed out 4 figure sums from this site without an issue so your theory ofthem holding larger cashouts is wrong as well.

Been mentioned multiple times thatit takes up to 5 days. Not great with math but 80 hours doesn't seem like 5 days. Could be wrong though.
