You could try PMing the rep here as well, and try to explain your situation in detail, calmly and rationally (not saying you're not posting that way). Unfortunately, since they seem pretty swamped, an unusual situation like yours might not get resolved as quickly as you might hope.

Thanks Bobo,

The rep on here seems to do a good job of keeping up on these so, I'm sure they'll see mine, and the Facebook rep still hasn't read all my follow up messages.

I'll take a deep breath for now.

Hopefully either they decide to make an exception or perhaps my bank will send me a paper statement (That i will hopefully get in time)

Patience is key here I suppose

Chill out. Takes about 5 days from experience and reading others. No one has had an issue receiving a payment yet so no need to just start calling it a scam site because you don't receive a payment instantaneously.

I sent in my verification documents for a small test withdrawal (~$20) Sunday and yesterday. (I sent it twice because I didn't get a verification email of the reply on the first submission)

Can you verify that the documents have been received and are valid for withdrawal verification?

Update: I just requested a change of Address sticker for my ID from the DMV

And I'm getting my bank to mail me a paper statement.

(Addresses match)

Just gotta wait 2-3 days to get it all.. Hope that can fix it.

Thank you. I did receive your response that the minimum withdrawal is now $50.

Since I did submit my id and bank statement when I make a withdrawal in the future will I still need to go through that process or will it already be completed?

Nope. It will be faster. The verification process is only done on your first cash out request.

Update : Money received in Paypal account around May9, 2017 ~8:00.

I am VERY happy. I was very nervous about my cashout. The amount cashed out was over 5 figures and it was hassle free. This site is to be trusted! I verified my account about 2 weeks ago. They took about 27 hours to get it into my account.
