Yes I spent a lot of time doing this and I felt like I got put out. I would never make any of my customers go through such a thing. But I don't like wasting others time. The reason I felt tilted was that they took a pay stub which I sent the first time. Actually it tilts me that I feel the need to explain myself to a person with a video of a women booty clapping over a fountain. Grow the **** up lol.

My grandma always tells me "Cleanliness is next to godliness". I wonder if that girl in the fountain was what she was meaning. Either way, in the future when she says it, I am going to have a chuckle to myself making the connection.

Cashout weekly over the last month and has hit my PayPal in 12 hours or less. Fastest was 4 hours(SN-YupitsPooh). If u pay the .25 charge on PayPal you can then tranfer the $ instantly(within 30 min) to your debit card linked to your PayPal account.

THat is a lie they don't do verification before hand only after you deposit and do a cash out. I tried it they denied to verify me but saved my info they said.

So I would like to make a deposit... Before I do I want to make sure I am verified. I can not find where to update the player account information or to get verified... Where does one do this?

Email the Global support team and they can guide you through the process. Have handy a Gov photo ID (Driver's License/Passport) and some kind of utility bill that has a matching address.

My address changed... It's updated with the DMV but not on my license.

I actually moved as well when I was doing my verification, and they were able to handle it. Just had to have it all match. You might have to wait until you get the correct address on your new license to be verified, but I think they will be able to assist you all the same.

Cashout requested 12/1, approved and in my PayPal by 12/3 for 5 figures (subtle brag/letting people know they seem to have no problem cashing out larger amounts).

The site is hands down the easiest to deposit and withdraw on in the US.

My first cashout requested at 12:30pm yesterday, was approved by 9:30pm, and in my paypal by 11:30pm.

I sent my ID and supporting document in a day ahead of time before i made the request. The address didnt even match because i recently moved, and yet they still approved it. Cant believe how easy this all was, ill be here for awhile.

Can i get a Global rep to help me with this. I asked for some self-exclusion about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They will not lift it saying my account is permanently banned. I just needed some time off, and would like my account reactivated. Can a rep look into this?

Just had my 1st cash out rejected. Said I only can cash out after wagering 100% of my recent deposit. I deposited $50 and bought into one $33 tournamebt which I placed 2nd in and won $276. So this means I need to use $17 more in buyins before I get my money?
