I've never had any issues with Global Poker, payouts are usually fast and swift;however, on this particular one I haven't heard anything back. Also, I've sent 3 support emails in the meantime and still haven't heard anything back. Is there a rep that visits here? If so, can you look into this for me. I don't mind delays, it's just the lack of communication here that has me a bit worried. Also, delays are fine but I would just like to hear that you are backlogged or something of the sort.

Thanks for getting in touch. There is a delay in your cash out request as you have not yet completed your play through request.

You must play through funds 1x time before you are able to cash out. Once you have done this please request another cash out and it will be processed swiftly.

Thanks SCadmin, is there somewhere I can check my progress on this... or read some more detail on how this works?

Edit: I found some documentation on this, but can you clarify is it 1x playthrough on your entire deposit before you can withdrawal anything OR 1x playthrough on the amount you're trying to withdrawal.

Another Edit: You say make another withdrawal once the 1x playthrough as been met, does that mean my first withdrawal has been cancelled? I just ask because if I make another withdrawal and the other one isn't cancelled then will it make 2 withdrawals, also not a really big deal but just curious.

i deposited on here last night.

clicked cash out to start the verification process, and it asked me to update my information. upon doing so, it said there was trouble creating my account, to email support, which i did a few hours ago.

anyone else had this problem? obviously my account was already created, i had played and deposited all night last night.

This is the place to post about it for sure. I am wondering if you hit your play through requirement, which I don't understand all of the details of, but I do see people post about it quite a bit.

i certainly hope i hit my play through. ive played almost 8 hours of 1/2 plo and i only deposited 20 bucks lol.

1x PLAYTHRU: does everyone understand how low this is?! I assume the 1x refers to THE DEPOSIT, not the amount youre trying to cashout, but honestly it doesn't matter! even if you deposit at the highest amount ($5000), it only takes about 4hours or so 6-8 tabling at 100nl and 200nl to accomplish the playthru (basically approx. 24 table hours). I'm not sure that anyone has a gripe with this rule, but if they do I cant wrap my head around it. if you don't want to PLAY, why would you DEPOSIT in the first place?! do you expect a site to allow you to deposit, not play, and then cashout for free?! you are aware that they have to pay overhead, right? would you expect to go in mcdonalds, order nothing, and let your kids go in the play place for a few hours, while using the bathroom, getting free cups of ice water, using napkins etc, and then just leave? lol.

stop depositing and then requesting cashouts the same day. that makes no sense.

I'm pretty sure it was email support who told me that i had to email support each time i wanted to get a progress report. like most of the technical side of global, its terrible, but i guess its just the way it is. 1x playthru is literally nothing, so that's the good part. the other "good part" is that email support is very good with speed/quality of responses.

Im having issues depositing on here. Every time i make it to the paypal screen and log in it takes me to "Sorry we cannot complete this purchase at this time" any help?

Move the money directly into your paypal account, then purchase the gold coins from your paypal account instead of sending it through paypal from your bank.

Just successfully processed my first cashout. Verification took a little over 3 hours from when I sent the documents, then the cashout hit my PayPal about 2 hours after that. Had zero problems with any of the steps.
