I tried to cash out and was sent a verification e-mail. I e-mailed exactly what was requested of me for verification. On the site, under history, it just said my cash out was declined with no reason given. No e-mail with any reason was sent either. I have e-mailed support asking why my cashout was declined but no response. This is terrible customer service! What gives?

I am confused. I joined for free when I saw a promo on Facebook. They gave me gold coins and $2 sweeps cash. I parlayed the $2 into $159. Does this mean I will never be able to cash any of that out?

No, you'll cash out just fine. Go to the withdrawal thread and you can see how many have done it.

Once you send the paperwork in, it takes several days for it to be verified. If it hasn't been verified, you will be declined. Once you are, payouts are done super fast and you have your money within 24 hours.

setup global acct 2 days ago. ran the free $2 sweeps cash to some hundreds. Requested cashout this morn, 6:30am. sent in verification details soon after. receive email back at 1:40pm that verification is passed and to expect PP in acct tomorrow. keep ya'll posted

ya, you might want to just pay your taxes.

I have a bank checking account attached to paypal and I went into paypal and told it to use the checking account as my main source of funds when i buy something, but it never shows up as an option. It instead goes to the paypal credit as the default option. Once in a blue moon the bank account option will be there to select, but it hardly ever appears for some reason.

Seriously...I don't understand the poker world's fascination with avoiding taxes. It sucks, but it is the world we live in. Pay your taxes and you're fine.

I sent a PM to GlobalPoker_Joey on your behalf in regards to this, they normally do a very good job on these kinds of things and will get back to you. Check your spam messages and such as I could see some email providers seeing emails about PayPal and poker being red flags. Keep us updated as to how it goes.

I've never had any issues with Global Poker, payouts are usually fast and swift;however, on this particular one I haven't heard anything back. Also, I've sent 3 support emails in the meantime and still haven't heard anything back. Is there a rep that visits here? If so, can you look into this for me. I don't mind delays, it's just the lack of communication here that has me a bit worried. Also, delays are fine but I would just like to hear that you are backlogged or something of the sort.
