Hi Jeff,

We are contacting you on behalf of Global Poker Customer Service Support.

We have performed a routine check on your account and we noticed that our system traced another user from your play location. If by chance you happen to know this player and to clear this matter, please have him submit his verification documents using their Global Poker account's registered email for confirmation:

- Ed P

As we are unable to see who the person behind the computer is, we can only base our facts on the data recorded by the system. Should these individuals be proven to be different person than you are, then we will consider this in reviewing your Cash Out request further. We hope you understand where we are coming from as this is for your account security and ownership as well and it is not that we cannot or do not want to pay valid winnings, but we are taking measures against fraud and breaking the game's Terms of Use.

We are looking forward to your reply.

i am not nor have i ever been a multiaccounter since its moronic to risk being banned when i play poker for a living. I dont know whos account "Ed P" is, the closest i can come up with is I have a facebook friend named Ed pessenda but he doesnt live with me or have access to my wifi so my "play location" being in a different county doesnt make sense that it would be him. I'm still waiting on them to resolve this

It has happened to many of us. All of us eventually got our money.

Hi marineforce1,

Have you emailed support back telling them you don't know who this player is?

If not please do this and I will pass a note onto them letting them know about your situation.

Thanks

Requested: Saturday 6/25 6:00PM
Sent First Time Verification Documents: 6/26 2:00AM
Received Approval: 6/26 5:00PM
Money Received To PayPal Account: 6/26 11:00PM

That is insanely quick. Enough so that the $4.70 "fee" on my $100 cashout doesnt hurt as much. That will definitely suck in the future knowing that a 4.7% cut will be taken, but I still plan to play regardless for now.

Payment received within 12 hours. Incredible speed.
06-26-2017 , 05:49 PM
Cash out requested - 4:48pm.
06-26-2017 , 06:06 PM
I set up an account.
Played a few days.
Requested what I had left.
Was advised to send in verification.
Verification approved same day.
Funds received later that evening.
Deposited funds a second time.
Requested withdrawal of just winnings.
Funds received less than 12 hours.
