I do plan on opening an account as soon as I can fund my paypal account, but I'd like to understand the documentation needed to verify identity for cash-outs.

I read a thread where a user is having trouble with Global due to not having utility bills in his name. I may be in a similar situation.

My elderly mother and I live together, and all of the utility bills are in her name. I don't believe I have anything other than personal mail from other merchants I do business with. I have mail from the United States Chess Federation, but I'm not certain that would be acceptable.

I want to be sure I can cash out before I sign on. I am a current user, but not paid yet.

Can someone from Global assist me here?

Approved this morning.

Paypal still hasn't transferred the funds from my previous withdrawal from paypal to my bank account. That process was taking only 1 business day before and today makes 3 business days. Has anyone else had this issue lately? It makes me concerned that my account has been flagged for suspicious activity, but when I call paypal they are saying it just hasn't been transferred as of yet.

Looks like cashouts times are slowing down. Mine was requested on the 7th. Longest pending so far.

We do ask for the PayPal email. You will need to fill up a form upon cashing out for the first time.

The utility bill (cellphone, credit card, bank account, etc) has to be under your name and it has to be within the last three months.
