Have you checked your email database for an email from global? There could be an issue with your account. I had an email from them that had sat for two days, asking for verification of my girlfriend's account. The email did not have an alarming title, so I thought it was regarding a promotion of some type and didn't bother opening it til days had passed. This was my third withdrawal from the site

Yes I've checked everything. Had to send in my wife's info as she started an account to learn poker. She only played for tiny stakes and never at the same table as me, but the 2 users for our ip address created a problem on previous cash outs so we have Kimber just delete her account to eliminate any issues.

This is a crazy lag because I had to come on 2 + 2 to just to get this cash out processed. Now that it's been processed by Global it should show in my Paypal, but it's been over a week.

Every cash out I've done has had issues with Global. This really sucks. It has been my main income source over the last month.

Kimber what is going on?

I am thinking because they got over 18,000 people to playing and limited on customer service reps that it is hard to process all cashout, approvals etc.....

So some people here in different threads think i "outed" myself saying i had 2 accounts. Which i do one that i had closed because global knows threw my multiple emails why, which i don't need to post cause i t would take a lot of space. Anyway after reading threw the forum people seem to maintain what i did was against TOC. Was this second account even valid? Being technically i got the email stating this account has be "CLOSED" per my request which would make sense being on my self exclusion i never put a time frame for anything.
I have yet once again requested to reopen my account that is verified and has many transactions.
i'm not screwing the system by playing multiple accounts infact you cant even log into the first one just had to set that straight. This is part of a email that you responded to KIMBER will probably tell you who i am. please respond to my emails


Im confused by your tatics here, i go on a rant ask for my 2nd account to be closed just like i did the first. And now im verified, you guys infuse so much anger with lack of support and players go out on rants

This does not help me in any way shape or form, I simply do not care about this other person documents or ability to give them to you as I have completely no relation to said person. As far as I know I've never even played a single hand with the user "ledge11". I understand you might be trying to protect yourself from people taking advantage of your free 2 dollar promotion, but understand I deposited 1000 the very first time I played on your site and didn't even use the free 2 dollars. I now have over 100,000 on your site and play more than maybe anybody at the highest stakes. I can not stress enough how unacceptable the pace of clearing this up has been. Not only that but the only answer your team has for me is that currently the fate of my balance is in an unrelated strangers willingness/unwillingness to cooperate with your requests.

Nobody has accessed your site from my network other than me.

I've only played on your site from said network.

I've never played at anyone elses place or logged in anywhere else.

I do not know who "ledge11" or "Ioannis Tsamados" is nor have I ever had contact with them in anyway.

I googled Ioannis Tsamados and found one person said to be leaving in Ohio, a place I've never been.

The action has been great on this site and clearly I've been doing very well. Was excited for this to be the real thing, considered even maybe twitch streaming the highest stakes and promoting your brand, but it is simply mind boggling that maybe the highest rake payer on your site is being treated this way. You mean to tell me your team has time to verify other peoples accounts AND process their cashouts but you can't even come close to giving someone with 6 figures peace of mind?

Eagerly awaiting your response.


edit--- Your team has also neglected numerous requests of mine for more insight into the methodology you are using to determine users "location" Is it my IP address or the residential address you have on file? Really trying to understand where the confusion can possibly be.
Update-- My account has been CLEARED. Although for security reasons they will not disclose the mixup with this ledge11 character, I was told I was good to get paid earlier this morning. Later today I got my first withdrawal of ~7000. I might disagree with their process, but at the end of the day they did the right thing... glad to see this site is the real deal. Gl everyone

My cashout got approved about 2 hours ago (6/2 2PM EST)
But i never recieved the confirmation email like before. Just curious if that is normal.

I didn't get a confirmation email on my cash out Monday as well (but got paid Wednesday night), I think they are hit and miss.

Thats the frustrating part! I see and read people submitting cash out requests and get verified in two days and waiting on funds. Then myself and others get radio silence for 2 days or longer. They need more CS reps!

It doesnt even seem like a queue system is setup here, do they just answer requests as they go? Its what it seems like.

Not sure what their procedure is, but to be clear my account is verified so this was just a cash out, it took about 60 hours from time of request to paypal.

My ID doc verification took 5 days and 2 emails with the docs (this was a few months back).

New update: Requested last night June 1st, approved same night. Funds in my PayPal this afternoon. 12 hour process. Low four figure withdraw. GP is improving!
