9/7 Request first cash out
9/9 Act verfication complete
9/10 cash out "approved" should be in my bank act in 5 business days.
9/12 Realized I gave wrong routing number. Now in the process of waiting for GP to recieve my funds and they will try again with the correct info.

I would also like to say that GP has been very good with keeping me in the loop and working with me to get this problem fixed. As mention, this was completely my fault. I didnt realized which RN to give. Will report back with eventual outcome.

I started the cash out process yesterday. I've verified my bank info 4 times now. I've also tried to submit my ID but once I do it I'm just taken to the login page. I was just sent a link to verify my ID again and it's gone now. This process is getting quite ridiculous.

Still not cashed out.

Going to opening a USD Checking account with CIBC tomorrow to try and get it processed. My bank is adamant that Global is super incompetent and Global is adamant it's a problem with my bank or something.

This whole thing is a nightmare, I hope next week I'll have a positive update for you guys. CIBC has a no-fee checking account and I've been paying 10$/month for years at my other bank so I guess I'm getting something out of it.

Have several people using NetSpend for this. You just use the direct deposit instructions. Direct deposits are ACH transactions, as is Global withdrawals.

After having issues with my bank im going to set up a account just for Global Poker. So just to clairfy ppl have successfully used netspend to recieve cashouts from Global?

Also Im assuming one can deposit money on GP with a netspend card?

I have three people that were able to use it, yes. I'm pretty sure some others posted they had success with it too.

I have never done anything ACH to a Canadian bank so I'm not positive. I do know in the States that direct deposit is almost always an ACH.

Swift codes are for international wire transfers. I really have no idea how WP is doing it with Canadian banks. Maybe a fellow Canadian that has received a withdrawal will chime in and say how they set it up.

I can't believe you still haven't received a payout yet....

He's talking about Netspend. Us Canadians have been receiving our cashouts via wire which I am pretty sure are done via swift codes. If I had to guess with you and SB there is a swift code issue.

Guess we'll find out pretty quick with this newly opened account at another bank who's fault it was or something.

I'm hoping I can leave this awful experience behind me this week and finally get that money in my account, deposit some more, play some globalllll poker, and enjoy a smooth experience from here on out.
