Kimber (or anyone from Global Poker),

I sent in my documents in (per the request of the email j received) to get my account verified so I could withdrawl 9 days ago but still have not heard anything. Can you please help? My user name is supermat.

I have been trying to get a withdrawal from global since the 21st of this month. I've sent it my two forms of identification but my cashout is still pending. Recently received an email saying that two of my buddies that play on that site need to verify their identification in which they did immediately. Emailed global to ask if anything else was needed, no response and still pending cash out. Any advice ?

Post in the cash outs thread instead of opening a new one.

Verification can take this long and if they are investigating your 2 friends identity due to I assume same IP on your 3 accounts, it may take a bit longer. 7 days though is reasonable to ask for an update for sure. Kimbr will ask for your GP screenname to investigate so drop that in here for her, I'm sure she'll have a look when she's back online.

As I've checked, this has already been escalated. I'll let you know as soon as there's an update.

Hi Kimber - I've sent them twice from that email. Once about 9 days ago and again yesterday (or the day before) because I hadn't heard anything back. Sent both to support@globalpoker.com which is the email address that sent me an email requesting them. I just sent a 3rd time just now per your request. Do you see them now?

We only got one email from you which was for May 15, 2017. Still no sign of your documents from your netcom email. Can you send it using another email address? Please use that and just ATTN KIMBR on the subject.

That's weird - I checked my sent file and all three show sent and I have sent other emails to others using that account lately and they have received them.

I just sent the documents via my Gmail account.

Thank you for your help and let me know what else you need from me.

I just replied to your registered email. Did you receive it? If not, I can also send it to your gmail. I also noticed that you cancelled your last cash out request. If you want, make another one so I can process it while I'm here.

If you play here be carefull with your deposits, i didnt notice my pay pal account was set to pay pal credit as a prefered option and deposited twice with it in return security called me stating i can no longer process global.poker payments threw my pay pal account no real reason yet but they will be i touch with me. So now playing this site is a waste of time all my money on the site cant be withdrawn so i gave it back to the players. Enjoy, when i find out why this happened ill post the reply. I deposited mainly with my bank debit card so im confused as to where the problem is. I told them this is a legal poker site, and name im flagged for illegal transactions under TOS. Makes no sense has this happened to anyone else?

Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Service.

Our system have traced another user from your same location. Kindly have this person send his ID and supporting documents for us to be able to verify the account.

Also, this email will serves your first and final warning as our system found out that you have multiple Global Poker accounts created on the same IP address. This clearly violates the game's Terms of Use, item number 4: "Customers are only allowed to register one account with Global Poker. If our system found out that you created another account we will permanently deactivate all of account found including this one.
