Its not so much the wait that bothers me, its the lack of competence and also lack of communication.

If they originally stated that the cashout would take 15 days, then sure i dont mind waiting the 15 days.

But they specifically say 5 days, (im sure this is their selling point), and then delay without notification or response for like another few days/weeks. Its unacceptable.

My first cash out took 33 days start to finish. I was assured that now that everything was settled and issues resolved, my next cash out would be much faster. My current cash out was approved 14 days ago.. Lmao.. I literally have 0 patience left.. Are you doing anything about this Kimbr and Joey or we just stuck on our own?

33 days..

im at 10 business days and 14 days since my approval. Cant imagine waiting more than a month for my cashout. @Kimbr can we get an explanation please..

Yes I did get paid about 2 weeks ago after some back and forth with support/zendesk.

It still makes zero sense as to why we have to open a USD $ bank account. Worldpay deals in foreign transactions and this should be a non issue, so the issue must be with GP.

And since they send the $ via a wire transfer to the USD $ bank account there will always be a flat fee of $17.50usd + a $1.25usd fee to then transfer that $ into your regular bank account. Obviously ~$20 is not a make or break deal, but this is just an added expense that was never there before via PayPal. I am not a high stakes player and poker is not my job (I have a good job, family etc etc, mainly just play 50nl) and I play mainly for fun and only make small withdrawals of $500-$1000/withdrawal so having to eat that $20 kinda sucks.

I posted a few pages ago about how I finally was able to get my $ with the SWIFT codes etc. If anyone needs to PM me to find out anything more please feel free.

LOL i dont know whether to be flattered by this or insulted, but either way, as i've stated before, its not the issue of delayed cashouts. Its the lack of communication. You might not like my style of play, but i am a customer of theirs nonetheless, and I've raked a ton of hands and paid my dues. All im asking is for some communication and an explanation.

Hello,

Was wondering if there are anything that is actually being done with these withdrawal delays.
Canadian players on 2+2 is freaking out. Some have waited more than A MONTH and had not receive a penny in their bank account.

Can you just tell me what is going on with these withdrawal delays? It has been 15 days and 10 business days ( 2x the amount of time stated on the website ). This uncertainty and anger is building up in a lot of players.

Just getting computer like responses every time I ask for an update. Please, the next person that checks this message can you give me an actual update on the exact situation that is pin point straight up causing these delays. And, I know its not just me, all of the Canadian players are experiencing this, and its just not acceptable by any extend.

Looking forward to your reply.

Bro, I've sent every sort of question you can possibly imagine.. I get a variety of copy pasted responses every time.. The latest one from today:

"Upon careful assessment, we can confirm that your case has been endorsed to a relevant department who will back track the transactions in the order that they were processed then notify us of its status."

NO ****ING **** SHERLOCK.. THIS HAS BEEN ENDORSED FOR TWO ****ING WEEKS..

Honestly if this wasn't happening to me I would find it comical.. Too bad it is. The last support staff even marked my case on zendesk as "solved" lmfao.. Holy ****.

Probably an endless amount until the problem is escalated by a player on their end. They can simply send a ****ing wire if they want to have it cleared up. Until then, they are happy to collect the interest on player's funds.

That is not the first email to use the 'teething' phrase, probably a canned response, too. They do have some nerve getting all butthurt from more direct language regarding their complete ineptitude over something as simple as a wire transfer. It's been a month. In the odd chance that one of the reps are reading the thread, I can help you solve it in ten minutes. Call WorldPay and ask them how to fix it, stat. Tell them, "there are pending lawsuits and failure to perform is at your peril". World Pay will have a solution in all of three minutes. This isn't ****ing brain surgery for **** sake.
