Just received another email needing better quality pictures.

I Re-shot them with all of the ID card showing, and my W2 tax form with my work, employee, name and address . along with my corresponding information

Hope everything is good now, Thank you in advance for you help

I keep reading about people having issues cashing out so I decided to share my own experience and opinion.
My opinion: I think people aren't patient enough or aren't sending readable or accurate documents.
My experience: I requested a cash out and was prompted for documents for verification. Sent the documents 1 time and waited. 6 days later I received an email stating that I had been verified and that I would receive payment within 24 hours or 1 business day. I received the email on a Sunday so I expected the funds to be deposited on Monday. The funds were actually deposited later that same Sunday. Seeing as how fast the site is growing I didn't find the wait time unreasonable.
I am a recreational player and this is the first site I've deposited on since Black Friday. Really like the site, hope it's here to stay, and I hope it keeps growing.

So i guess my W2 form wasn't good since there wasnt a date on it. I dug through my truck and found my pay stub from last week, it has date address of employer and myself name, and last 4 digits of my SSN as well.

I hope this should be good enough and hoping to see a cashout in my paypal today

Re-verify email?

I've been on GP for a month or so. Had multiple deposits and withdrawals. Now out of nowhere I logged in as usual and got a message: "must verify email to login, you will be emailed instructions to verify your email". After 20 minutes and re-requesting instructions to re-verify email, still no email instructions from GP. So I can't login. And am awaiting instructions to "re-verify email". Has anyone ever had to re-verify email address?

I just sent you an email. Make sure that the your utility bill/supporting document shows your name, the same address you registered in your GP account, the date (within the last 3 months) and untampered/unedited.

First time I've heard of this. Can you provide your username so I can check your account? We also might need to reset your password just to be sure.

I thought my last payroll stub i gave you had all of that information. DAte both address of my work and myself(same as GP account). maybe because all of the edges of the paper were not in the picture..this sucks i think it is because im using my camera phone that has really bad quality. im gonna resend right now hopefully 4th time is the charm lolz

I just resent another picture of my payroll stub meeting all your requirements. I went into detail in the email if the picture is a little hard to see, i zoomed into it so that should help. Surely now that with my ID, w2 tax form, and my payroll stub, you can now confirm my verification process

Sorry again its my camera phone bad quality. Im just happy you were able to email me so promptly can only imagine how long this would have taken on other sites.

Actually issue is resolved. Apparently my edit to the post didn't save/edit/post.

Sometimes I use auto-login. So what happened is 1. I recently changed my GP password using the forgot "password" link and instructions. Then over several days auto-logged in a dozen times with correctly saved new password. Then yesterday 2. I logged into a different website using the same login email but a different password. Then 3. That password from the other site somehow got saved a THE password for that same email daddy login. 4. This password for the other site was the same as my OLD password on GP. So what happened was I logged into GP with correct email but my old/original password. So it gave me a message "must verify email". So I realized this, corrected and have now logged in a few times with the correct password. I think I look at least a little bit dumb here but it's an edit, not delete. In case anyone is helped.

I won a sit an go tourn tonight which brought my Global Poker winnings to $95.95. Half an hour later my account was reduced to $45.95. Now I can't find any explanation on how to cash out.

a second withdrawl of 100 was processed to someone elses paypal acount, i dont understand this.... who are u guys sending my money to? thats a 56 withdrawl and a 100 which have no been sent to me... i signed up with my paypal email address so i dont understand, please look into this and get me my 156 as soon as u can, i needed these funds and it appears soeone else is getting my cashouts.
i see no way to check my profile info to see what my paypal address is but im assuming its the same one i get my emails to and the same i deposited with

I requested a payout friday May 12th 2017. I was asked to send in ID verification which i did. The reply was that the info i send them was not acceptable for them and they gave me the criteria i need to send so i did that 3 business days ago. It has now been well over the 24-48hr window they ask for your patience during due to high volume but this is becoming ridiculous and i am starting to wonder if this site is a scam!!!! They did not need any ID verification when i deposited using my paypal account but need just short of a blood sample to verify my ID before putting the money back into the same paypal account that it was taken from. Just doesnt make sense to me. Hopefully i will hear from them today and this will all be resolved and i will keep everyone posted as to what happens over the next few days.

been waiting for a cashout since 5/17 early morning.

Its getting a little annoying. Asked for updates in 3 separate emails to support, and 0 response

I like playing on the tables and the people playing are great, but the cashout process is a little frustrating and I get no updates to any progress.

Yes, my cash out was approved, however, it was handled after I made the post. No big deal, I was simply escalating to you to move the withdrawal along so I would feel more comfortable making a larger deposit.

i found out where u guys sent the money, to my girlfriends paypal, I had her send you guys the 100 withdrawl back, please send it to my paypal address that I deposited with, i dotn even know how u guys got her paypal account, but hopefully this gets resolved quickly.
