Got a voicemail from my bank saying they had questions about my Worldpay transactions.

Is there anything I should or shouldn't say when talking with them?

I don't believe the call is about withdrawals from my bank account but more so deposits into my bank.

I'd say something to the effect of you won a fantasy sweepstakes that you play online....keep it vague but don't flat out lie....if they keep up with the questions you might consider taking your business elsewhere

I had a CC issue a couple weeks ago where they blocked the transaction and I had to call them, i told them i was trying to play some games online for "entertainment" (it was like 11:00 on a friday night), we both knew what was going on....anyway, they didn't dig any deeper and the transaction went through next time I tried

This the email I have received from GP after the verification of the bank detail. I truly thank GP for their concern about the issue and consideration of the situation.

Hi Yung,

Thank you for reaching us back so promptly.

We reviewed the original bank details you provided with the details you responded with. They're exactly the same and reprocessing the same transaction may lead to the same results. For us to ensure that all information are accurate, we'd like to ask for you to provide us a direct deposit form from your bank that contain all your service details with them to make sure we're not missing a single figure that cause another delay with your prize redemption.

We don't have the specific details about why the transaction was reversed as we can only assume that there's a discrepancy with the information. The assumption with your concern is very common to those who also had the same concern where the right bank info needs to be determined in order for the transaction to go through.

We'll be waiting for your response with the form for us to proceed in reprocessing your request.
Sincerely,
Sydney

Today, after I talked to my bank and found nothing new, I went to a different bank and opened a new bank account and sent the new bank details to GP for the verification. I will update the status.

Verification process could use some work. I requested a cashout and get an email asking to verify w/ utility bill and a separate link for banking details. The email states I will get a separate email with instructions on how to verify ID -- I have not received it. I completed the link for the banking details and it generated a ticket #. I replied to the original email with the utility bill attached and asked about the ID verification instructions and of course this has now generated another ticket #.

I'll work through it until its done, but some feedback is that the entire verification process (ID, proof of address, banking) should be completed via one form/site/ticket etc., not in bits & pieces.

I cannot understand why sites struggle with verification. Just do it like Skrill, Neteller, your bank, PayPal or coinbase. Photo scan ID, cam shot of face, scan bill, and let the software read it and verify in seconds. Pretty lame to have it manually done by human intervention.

requested cash out 20,000 April 17
Money in the bank April 24

I was somewhat worried not getting paid but at the same time, I did not loose the faith with GP. Because I knew from this forum that for last 2 or 3 years everyone got paid although some people get delayed with cash out due to miss typos or errors. And I suggest please do not use small local banks. I had bad luck getting funded.

Thank you CSKimbr and a dewd !!!

What is a play through requirement? I deposited $500 recently, ran hot in the first 3 tourneys I played (about $60 in buyins), and had plenty of profits so decided to withdraw my initial deposit value of $500, leaving more than $500 in my account after the withdrawal. Verification went fine.

We are writing regarding your recent Prize redemption request.

Unfortunately, we have denied your prize redemption request amounting to $500.00 because the play through requirement was not met. The funds are back on your $weeps Cash balance.

Please be informed that before initiating a prize redemption request, players are required to complete their play through requirements, which is equivalent to 100% of the recent purchase/s. Any amount staked/invested in a pot for cash games, buy in amount and tournament fees count towards the requirement.

Please also note that when checking the played through amount, we count from the time of purchase to the time you requested a prize redemption.

Once the play-through requirement is met, you can request for another prize redemption and we will process it accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
Isabel
Seems absurd to not allow a withdrawal of any funds prior to playing more even though I have massive profits far beyond my initial deposit.

Edit - I plan on playing more, I'm sure it won't be a problem, but it just doesn't make sense to have such a rule in place. This isn't clearing a bonus. This is just my actual deposit that they won't let me withdraw until I gamble the entire amount somehow, and only then can I withdraw if I have anything left.

Every site worth anything always has a play through requirement. Nothing weird here and quite easy to play through. I'm not sure the exact amount with this site (you should be able to find it in their TOCs that you agreed to by depositing). For example, if you play ~10 more tournies (less depending on buying) you should clear it) Definitely far from absurd; a company cannot be sustained if they let people deposit and cashout without playing through a minimum amount.

Pretty sure the play through is 1x, so deposit $100 and put $100 into action and you should be good....

I remember back in the days of play through requirements for bonuses, I could never get my full bonus before I busted

always some **** like "$100 Bonus Pending", I'd manage to get about 7 bucks of it and i'm reloading....always hated that

Cashout requested: 4/26/19

Still says rollover not met but this is 100% profits from cash games so not worried about meeting rollover requirements. The system obviously calculates incorrectly.

So I've had a lot of back and forth with Global Support (or lack thereof) and have regularly lodged complaints about the balancing feature, frozen tables and even table chat (where players talk about hands in process and what they folded) with little response.

So lately, when trying to cash out (a good sum, its not an amount I want to throw away) I noticed my cashout option is GONE. Not hidden, not rearranged, GONE.

Upon contacting chat, I have had no response, and I am STILL waiting on a response.

MY WARNING TO ALL OF YOU: DO NOT PLAY GLOBAL. Traffic is WAY DOWN and support is WAY DOWN. Probably going under.

I do NOT care about the endless snarky responses this post will receive, congrats to those who do for being perfect human beings, this is a warning to normal people.

You won't care about the snarky responses because you will be wrong. "Probably going under" - Go see cash out thread. Guy just cashed out for $20k.

Some people....normal people that is...

Well I just cashed out $9k which I'm assuming is more than you are trying to. Maybe try having a civil approach with them. Also:

- How long have you been awaiting a message?
-Did you provide the support required to cashout?
-Do you have more than 1 sn?
