Kimbr, is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to connect my XXXXXX bank account with my Global acc? My Global acc is verified, just need to connect a bank account to it.

Edited out the bank name.

Can't tell where Global is at in this process of verifying my account seems like i get a email from different person each time asking for Address proof then confirming my address and ask for bank then after bank asking me for address again. I have sent all documents needed.

Got email today had to send selfie and ID again every thing confirmed thanks all good now

Not sure why everyone else has such a difficult time cashing out. Have only had one time it delayed and I messaged them and they handled it ASAP. Smooth as always.

I want to withdraw $1000 but it looks like it's only going to send $850 to my bank account. So what's up withe the other $150?

I got a response back from my support ticket saying to ignore the Net Zero statement on cashout. Requested my cashout and the money is not showing as available now, but I don't recall giving them any bank account information. Should I be getting an email asking for that as well?

They will likely send you an email asking for the info, but you can actually do it ahead of time. Go here to create a support ticket, Choose Bank Detail forms where it says please choose your issue, and then proceed with adding in the info below.

Thanks, I did get another email from them and got everything submitted, they've passed it on to payment processing.
