I talked with Worldpay, probably even their wire room who couldn't find anything out. Someone else at Worldpay basically said they blindly process the transactions and couldn't find any record with my name or any of my information at all. that doesn't add up because the 51.56 that was rejected went through them and when i said this i got the run-around. Worldpay won't talk on the phone with my bank and can't confirm to me that GP (VGW Holdings) is their client.

I gave the bank what I think might be the trace id # but then got the run-around from them too. They say it didn't help and I get the same story from them 12 times.
Your name is not on an ACH, just amount and account number.

What online debit card did you use? I'll get you their wireroom direct contact number and you can try that way. You will have to call outside federal banking hours, as in 9-3 eastern time. I'd make it after 4:30 pm or 8:15-8:30 AM. When they are processing, you will have about 3 seconds to get a one word answer before they hang up. Wirerooms are busy.

Once I know your online bank, I'll PM you their phone number. Approach them humbly and with fear of lost money. They'll react far better to that than accusatory tone. Banks have different numbers for ACH/EFTs and traditional wires.

PM sent

My name is on the "proof" that GP emailed to me, along with account number, etc. and some erroneous details.

Bank wireroom is just gonna give the same story/fact that it got rejected (just like the 51.56 1 month later).

No, they sent you a transmittal request. That's not the actual wire. That will not have the transaction ID either, but may be able to help you narrow it down.

Got your PM, they're their own bank/clearing agent. I'm away from my desk for a bit, but will send you their info when I get back. The debit card customer service is abysmal, too. They are out of Pasadena, Ca on E. Foothill. The routing number starts with 124. I'll get what info I can for you in an hour or so

Ok, contact info sent to your bank's wireroom and their FRB bank. Be cordial and pay attention to the details I gave you, especially the time to call.

Good luck

My cashout now says "processing". Which stage of the process does this put it in? I don't see any of you guys posting "processing" as a stage you have had so a bit confused.

Processing is the first stage, then you'll get an email saying it's approved. Then it'll move to paid and 1-2 days later you'll have it.

So I'm at 3 business days in and I'm at stage 1 of 4. Yikes...

Yeah my most recent processing period was a little longer than previous cash outs but rest assured you'll have it sooner than later. Might be worthwhile to shoot your sn to Kimbr & see if she can help expedite the process.

One or two which iirc happened near weekend+some holiday or another took more than 36 hours to approve and I think ~5 days to land in the bank. So I'm pleased with all that so far.

Just took another out Monday night, approved this morning, noticed this time it said "within 10 business days" instead of 3-5. Still hoping it lands by Friday/Monday per usual, and that the language change is just to cover potential worst cases, but we'll see what happens.
In the account this morning. So 12/10 requested, 12/12 approval email, 12/14 in da bank. We are pleased.

That's the way it goes sometimes, but no cause for concern. If you scroll back through the thread you'll see the vast majority of players get their cashouts within 4-8 days. The first cashout tends to take the longest.

I apologize to you Kimbr or anyone else if I got too nasty or out of line. This has been a trying 2 months but I don't want to be noticed for any disrespect or rudeness.

There is a little more hope for resolving this now and I look forward to making the "resolved" post itt and as always, hope to be a positive and encouraging forum contributor. My hopes for those of us in the poker world go higher than even poker itself. Glad to see Global Poker as step towards better USA online poker with potential to accomplish even more here. Regarding online poker: I always hope for honest, fair and beatable games/sites with reasonable rake and competitive player rewards!

Cash out info below....Is there a reason why my most recent cash out request would cost $10? Not sure if that is based on # per week or month. I tried different $200 and $400, same $10 price.

--------------------

12/08 Requested have to answer a question about GP having my old address on file even though I had cashed out through paypal 4 times since moving

12/12 Cash out Email sent... Says it takes 5 business days

12/14 Cash out $500 in bank

2nd WP cash out

12/14 request $200

12/15 email confirmation that is on it's way. Makes me think it will be in bank on Monday or Tuesday at the latest

This is encouraging and makes me feel better about playing online poker

It won't cost anything, the netzero part can be ignored.

I now have two withdraws stuck in the limbo period before I get them and noticed something odd. My first withdraw on 12/11 still says "processing" and has for 4 days or so now, my 12/14 withdraw says "approved". I think people have said approved is after processing so what happened here?
12-17-2018 , 10:12 PM
processing is post approved, you're all good.

Im on mobile at the moment but there is a link under profile or settings perhaps that has you fill out your bank info. Within that link is also a place to upload your bank statement and you'll need to submit identification as well. The first time can take a little longer, like 3 to 4 days. Any withdrawal requests after that generally take 48hrs or less.

Hello there. Already asked someone to have this checked. Status should be "PAID" within the day.

To any Global Poker Rep: I am hoping to get an update as to why my account is still froze. I recently signed up with your site and was able to play just fine for about a week. Then my account was froze so you could verify my identity because I used my boyfriends credit card. I sent the origional 4 documents that were requested. I was then asked to send 1 more, which I promptly did. This was 2 days ago and I haven’t heard anything since. I kind of feel left in the lurch.

I will gladly use my own credit/bank card in the future if need be. Please give me a response as I enjoy your site and would like to be able to play asap. My SN is Allthat1.

-Thanks
