Please review and help?
As mentioned in our previous communication with you, we have already paid the $900 and still waiting for it to be reversed so we could have it processed again for payment to your nominated bank. Again, please contact your bank and make sure that it was reversed on their end. Once this is confirmed done, we will be more than happy to reprocess it to your new account.

My SN is chuckychess.

Thanks, Kimbr!
I can confirm that the status of this particular cash out request is indeed "Pay Failed". It has something to do with invalid bank details. Please create a support ticket via https://goo.gl/hqQEwv so we can assist you further. Thanks. 😊

Thanks for your quick response, Kimbr. I re-sent the information. I think that I sent the wrong routing number last time.

Ok, how do I get confirmation to you/GP? The bank only has phone support. They will talk to whoever to confirm and conference me in if needed. Should we set up a time to conference?

I appreciate you and your work here too Kimbr.

Sending PM

Successfully cashed out 2,500 for my first cash out. Took about a week. Probably won't take as long for future cash outs. Customer support was wonderful...they quickly emailed me about an error in my form.

Glad it worked out, Phil!

Submitted my first cashout request last night. Was surprised they didn't have me enter bank account info I guess that gets done via email? As of yet I have not received any email from global for account verification or bank account info. How long does this normally take?

Never got any email. Did submit all the documents to verify and canceled/resubmitted my cashout. Still haven't gotten anything from global on any of it. In the era of close to immediate cashouts just about everywhere else this is a bit disappointing. Reminds me of 5-10 years ago.

I'm at 24 hours with no response on a cash out request as well. Usually snappier than this but no real cause for alarm just yet.

It's bizarre that they don't have an auto-responder telling people who haven't submitted their bank docs to do so as that seems to be a weekly inquiry in this thread. Perhaps something to pass on to the management team, Kimber.

Fwiw sometimes it takes a day or two to get that initial response, in my experience from cashout to bank account takes between 4-8 days. Really no big deal.

Hi, guys. Can you please provide your Global Poker username so I can follow up. Much appreciated.

Ok you told me GP can't make a phone call. The bank doesn't have email support and can't mail a document via postal service either. There is no document to mail anyways because they never received the funds of 900 since it was rejected. So what do I need to do here? Please tell me.

And it was rejected for the same reason the 51.56 was rejected by the same bank 1 month prior. Since the 51.56 was rejected due to errors in the details that weren't fixed from 1 month prior when the 900 was rejected for the same errors in the details: the 900 from 1 month prior didn't have any way to not be rejected...because there were the same errors in the details that remained 1 month later when the 51.56 was rejected the same way for the same reason.

So what should I do? I've had the same conversation with the bank 12 times. The cashout/deposit was rejected due to errors and they can confirm only via phone. So about 5-10 times someone at GP has told me to talk to my bank. So I have done that 12 times. So, what should I do? Why do I have to do anything trying to figure out this matter? But I have and its been awful for my family and I. What should I do Kimbr? Thanks

I used to like Global Poker. I used to hope it does good, I want to do good on it but, right now I don't know if the site is just telling me to screw off or what? This situation is completely unacceptable. This looks like it is proving that GP is not only not a legitimate business but also that it thinks it is above the standards that legitimate USA businesses are held to! This is Global Poker's last chance to pay me $5,000. If this isn't resolved by Friday I'm pushing litigation to the fullest possible extent.

Was this whole site just a money-grab? Is Global Poker preparing to shut it down after doubling investments or something?

Don't any players have any concern that this can happen to them? A poker site you like just stiffs you and you cannot have any confidence at all that they will ever pay any decent sized cashout amount they owe to you?

maybe. Does GP ever fact-check the information that the Payments Department gives to other agents?

I'm also suspicious of anyone who will flame these last couple posts with zero concern for this possibly happening to them some day.

With what money? I thought you didn't have enough to put food on the table.

How are you going to pay for counsel?

Also I think it is pretty rude to be saying "Global is going to shut down" when 95% of this thread is people getting money within 72 hours of requesting it.

Your story gets less and less convincing.

Cash out approval email received. Took about 40 hours but got there.

Requested 12/08

Small hick up where they have my old address on file. It's strange a bit because I had made 4 previous cash via paypal at my new address...

Cash out Email sent 12/12

Says it takes 5 business days

Now my only problem is winning at poker lol

Global isn't stealing anyone's money Max. The vast majority of delays that occur in this thread are due to reasons like not filling out proper banking information, or switching banks and then demanding 4.5x your cashout and threatening to sue, things of that nature.

I've been too lazy to post ITT before but since the switch to WP (and being cut off from further deposits while living in WA) I have been getting biweeklyish low-to-mid 3 digit cashouts, most approved with 24 or so hours and then received ~3 days after that. One or two which iirc happened near weekend+some holiday or another took more than 36 hours to approve and I think ~5 days to land in the bank. So I'm pleased with all that so far.

Just took another out Monday night, approved this morning, noticed this time it said "within 10 business days" instead of 3-5. Still hoping it lands by Friday/Monday per usual, and that the language change is just to cover potential worst cases, but we'll see what happens.

I asked questions. Don't put words in my mouth.

What are you trying to say about the facts I've shared and the questions asked?

Its rude of GP to not have resolved this situation within a few business days. If there is something else going on here someone should've told me. Its less convincing that GP should be treated as or considered a legitimate USA online business (if they treat customers worse than their risk-taking competitors).

Could also be the IT department falsifying information.
