In my case, it was the amount I had deposited recently. You can disregard, you'll get the full amount.

Expecting the other cash out tomorrow. Their cash out times have slowed down and games are becoming nitty.

Cashout approved 11/30.
Money in account 12/4.

I also thought they were taking $20 as a cashout fee, but the whole cashout amount was in my bank.

The games always seem to get tougher around Christmas. Give it a few weeks and it should go back to normal.

checked the e-mail for my most recent cashout approval and noticed that it says that i should expect my funds within 10 business days. is it just me or did they just start quoting double the amount of time from before? i thought it always said 5 business days. hopefully it ain't that long going forward, global cashouts have been so good to me

I apologize if this seems silly, but I just want to make sure this goes smooth since it's the holidays.

I thought I had never used a bank transfer before, just Paypal. When looking at cash out history I see I have had a bank transfer. Does that mean I have it all set up to withdraw? I don't remember submitting documents.

Made my first cashout request today since the PayPal era.

It’s been about 5 hours and still no email from them to confirm/ask for my bank statement, which I’m assuming they’ll need since I’ve never used Worldpay. I know they are in Australia, but still kinda surprised it’s taking this long.

Also, it’s funny that I posted this here before emailing them about it.

Not resolved. The only update to my last few posts is that I have now received the 51.56 to my alternate bank account. I keep sending proof in to GP that confirms I still haven't received the 900 from October 16th (never received the 900). My last few posts give detail.

Please review and help?

Everything seemed to be going smoothly. Their last email to me said that I would be paid within five to ten business days. Still no email about "Pay Failed".
