If all of that is correct then your bank is simply refusing to take this wire. Thats not globals problem that has to do with your bank. I have had my bank give me problems in the past when i told them i would close out my account if they don't take my deposit and go to a new bank that I know will have no problem taking it and they quickly got the manager and he changed his mind after he looked at my bank account ( with big eyes) and turned into an angel and decided to take the deposit ( he offered my coffee and donuts while i waited). It sucks to take it that far but it sounds like you might have to go that route if nothing is resolved. If the wire is rejected the money will go back to global and you can then have the money sent to another bank again if your bank wants to be stubborn about it. Its why its good to have 2 bank accounts just in case they try get snooty then you can move the funds over to another bank. Whats that bank for if they are rejecting wire transfers? its ridiculous when they try to do this crap.
Yea I did send screenshots to global. My bank rejected the deposit for the specific reason of my name and gp's company name not being included in the deposit notification. Maybe the processor made a mistake? I'm still waiting to hear from global while they coordinate with their processor or whatever they have to do.
With banks, i agree, youd think that us paying the fees is enough resona for them to want to keep their customers.
