I don't know. I know in July it went through. I can't come up with a reason why it wouldn't work still, but anything is possible.

Has Global Poker ever ask anyone to send a picture of there credit cards next to their face? I use to cash out so simply with PayPal, now they have me doing a lot of extra stuff. I sent my documents of bank records and finally got my stuff verified then I get another email from them saying my account is frozen. Send in pictures of my cc and face.

There was never an issue with cashouts, unless you were/are from Canada. From my understanding, Canadians are still having some issues but I'll let them answer that for you, eh?

For US players, cashouts are pretty ****ing speedy. My last one took two days. My longest one took 5 days.

Requested cash out 17 days ago. Haven't seen anything in my bank. Supporters of Zendesk said my case has been on the urgent but it seems like they just ignore my case. Anybody here can help me please? This is my third request. The first two times they were 4-5 days.

I received the email "Your cashout is on the way" and "paid" status on GP 17 days ago. Just nothing in my bank account. I'm from US and use BofA.

opened netspend account

had old address on global poker's file and to verify this netspend account and my new address was tedious to say the least.....my laptops desktop is full of images i had to send over....often times sending the same images two or three times with having to overly explain everything...took about a week and 20 emails total....

first test cashout of $50 after bank account finally approved hit in five days, thats including a weekend, hitting this past monday

second cashout of 2k took three days....requesting this past monday receiving thursday

Signing up for direct deposit on Netspend is if you want your regular paycheck to go onto netspend.

The account number and routing number of your account are available online, if not in the documentation for direct deposit. Direct deposits are ACH transfers, using routing and account numbers. Worldpay works the same way, but only in one time use, not a regularly scheduled Direct Deposit from an employer.

There seem to be quite a lot of people who do not know the basics of getting paid money electronically. Here is the basics:

Worldpay is the company used by Global to send you money. They do this (once you are approved) by using your ACCOUNT NUMBER PLUS ROUTING NUMBER. This is what an ACH is.

No need for a swift code, idk exactly what that is, but likely that is a more expensive immediate transfer know as a Bank Wire. Forget that.


I understand that poker degens are likely noobs when it comes to electronic money, but this is all you need to know. Nothing more.

my money from global came up as 'International Direct Deposit from WORLDPAY AP LTD'

if you have 500 or more direct deposited in anyway to your netspend account in a calendar month you are eligible to sign up for their premier plan for 5 dollars a month which will get you free card transactions and free PIN purchases so you can get cash back at the grocery or drug store etc.

this option will automatically come up in your online banking after a greater than 500 global deposit and you have to choose it to enroll in this

if not they charge you a buck a transaction for any purchase with your card and two bucks for any transaction where you need to enter a PIN

pulling money out there is a 2.50 atm fee plus owner of atms fee if you want to go that route with cap of 325 per transaction/920 a day...luckily i live right next to a grocery store so will just get cash back every time i stop in

Please contact your bank and make sure that the routing number they provided you is for ACH instead of the routing number for wire transfers.

Hi, thank you for replying me
I have requested cashout two times before and they came through. They hit my bank within 4-5 days, which means I provided the correct ACH routing number. This third time is just unusual. I don't know what's happening.

For anyone that uses NetSpend, once I activate my card, do I need to put some amount of money on it using a different method, or is it fine if my first transaction is a WorldPay deposit?

Not that I know of, but all the terms of use are mailed to you along with the card.

Made a cashout request on 10/26/18 at 1:04 AM and have been getting the run around and ignored ever since, despite multiple emails and support requests. I have cashed out two or three times no problem through Paypal and had already sent ID, bank statement and bill in the past so was already verified. Now they are wanting a new bank statement, which I sent in two days ago. The only response I have gotten is they will "let me know" when my account is once again verified. My cashout shows "pending" and I'm starting to lose my patience. This is only a $50 withdrawal and I have cashed out $600 in 48 hours before. Losing my faith in Global. My screen name there is the same as it is here if a GP rep wants to check into it.
