Hoping I will be taken seriously even though its my first post. US player who has had no problems with cashouts in the past, but wondering if there was a max amount to withdraw? More worried about the bank side than the global poker side. Considering an amount in the high 4 figures. Thanks for any help.

Standard global. Why can't you guys look into a more reliable way to cash out for CND players? Do I have to move to the US and open a US account to get my funds?
I understand how frustrating this is for you. I assure you that this is a priority and that we are already looking into other options as far as cash outs for our Canadian players are concerned.

There is no maximum amount. Did you already submit the documents we requested?

I did, and they were approved. I have never had any issues in the past, but was more worried about this larger amount on my banks end, and if it would throw any flags. Thank you for your help!

Would it help to try to provide information for a different bank? I have a joint account with my mom and she also plays on the site.

I had a request for a cash out for 2500 on the 22ed of September and I just requested 2000 today. It's been almost 3 weeks and the 2500 request has been in "transit" since September 24th, Is there anything I can do? and why is the process so hard to replicate given that I have had successful cash outs to this exact bank address before?

Requested first payout after verifying and getting the OK on my account on

10/5. Was told that it would take 5 business days. Now it’s within the week I’ve been told after I had to send them info from my bank showing I never got it.

Is there someone to talk to here? This is crazy. Briansdad8915

World Pay is the name of the company Global uses to send you the money.

Whatever bank you choose is where World Pay sends the money.

Yes, if you follow the steps required by Global support, and send them all the info they ask for, you can use a Netspend Card account.
