I should mention that my cashout seemed to be taken 100x more seriously after I finally found the e-mails and phone numbers of the main 3 people at VGW Holdings discussed earlier and e-mailed them.

I won't share the info here, as I don't think Global wants that info shared due to the editing of the last person's post that contained the info.

It took me a long time to find the info and it was in a really obscure place buried in a file found via google lol

It looks like everyone has been cashed out now though that was waiting? So I don't think anyone will need it anyways.

I have had a cash out pending approval since 9/14. The email I received right after requesting the withdrawal quoted 5 days for approval to happen. Wondering if anyone else has waited this long for approval?

Update I wrote support and within a hour they approved the withdrawal.

The whole “system error” thing was a bit sketchy but thanks to kimber and the support people. Happy to have my money now

9/24 - Money in the bank.

First delay in cash out I have experienced on Global since I started playing last year. Kimbr was really helpful throughout the ordeal. Thank you Kimbr.

I got this email from support stating that no cashout allowed to Canadian bank. Can you please help me out as I am from Canada, Ontario.

Are you saying you are neither in the US nor are you in Canada? If that is what you are asking then no you won't be able to withdraw without having an address in the states or Canada (minus Quebec and WA state which also can't withdraw)

Mine was switched to paid on Friday of last week and hit the account around 2:00 A.M. this morning (Tuesday). Yours should hit the bank account soon, most likely tomorrow.

You can withdraw to a Canadian bank, but it has to be a USD account for some reason.

I'm in Ontario and I opened a USD bank account with RBC. I did it through my online banking, took very little time.

Then once the cashout hits your account (took a couple weeks for me), you can transfer the USD to your normal CAD checking/savings account at the banks' exchange rate.

Please make sure that the address on your bank statement matches with the address that you registered on your Global Poker account.

Well I moved and changed my address, so where am I supposed to find that info? Plus all my documents show my new address. There seemed to be no problem taking my funds and that was 12 days ago. Is there a number to call?
