I requested a cash out 9/10 and approved on 9/11 but still have not received funds and still stuck in "Approved" status. I have previously received cash outs with World Pay without any issues. Can you please take a look at this?

just want to say that i successfully cashed out. requested about a week ago, approved 2 business days later, and in my bank account today. happy with the process as a whole, but i'm pretty skeptical as to whether or not this is sustainable. won't banks begin to figure out what's going on and eventually refuse to accept transactions via worldpay/ global? feels to me like it's only a matter of time before global is forced to either seek other payment processing options. curious why they don't/ haven't moved into the crypto space yet.

is anyone seriously educated on the legality of the model global is currently using? and if so should i feel safe keeping ~5-10% of my bankroll on global?

I requested a cashout but all it told me was "request successful - pending approval"

it did not give me a way to specify where I wanted the money to send. Does that come later... or... ?

I have cashed out before via Paypal but I assume its not going to go to my Paypal?

Has anyone else had this happen? How do I tell them where to send the money?

If this is your first time using Worldpay, I think Global will send you an email asking for your bank info.

i have a w/d from 9/5 that still hasnt been paid. And I have a w/d from 9/16 that says "paid". i didnt get any confirmation email from the 9/16 w/d. makes no sense lol

Support got back to me. For those who got their cash out approved on the 12th, apparently there was a, “systems error” and that payments team had been notified for, “further checking”. A little frustrating but I’m sure global will eventually payout.

Thanks for the update. I'll keep you posted if I receive my cash out or hear anything from support. Let's just hope that it was a "systems error".

9/21 I am happy to report that my cashout has successfully been completed and has shown up in my bank act.Global poker is the nuts

Now I can begin the process of liquidating my children's college funds and possibly my dogs retirement funds so I can purchase more $weep cash

My cash out recently got changed in my history from approved to “processing”. Has anyone experienced this label before? Is it a positive one or was it just a longer delay?

I was approved 12th and right now it says processing, not sure how long it has said that for though

Probably not long. Mine was approved 12th and it changed from "approved" to "processing" just yesterday.

Cashout updated from processing to paid. Hopefully that means it comes tonight at midnight instead of Sunday at midnight.

Update on my situation if anyone cares (probably not)

Withdraw #1 -
Requested 9/10
Approved 9/12
A couple emails sent 9/16-9/18 they told me to wait
Still 'Approved' 9/20 - E-mail sent
'Paid' - 9/21 - Waiting on money to come through

Withdraw #2 -
Requsted 9/18
Approved 9/19
Paid 9/20
In bank 9/21

Obviously very impressed by Withdraw #2. Requested the pay out 9/18 was in bank account when I woke up 9/21. Withdraw #1 was frustrating but it's now labeled as paid and I expect it will be in the account tomorrow.

Overall I feel like they don't really know what's going on or have much control over their payouts. I don't exactly know how the process works, are they outsourcing this entirely to a third party? Either that or they were just copy pasting responses to me when I e-mailed them. It was the 6th business day and they sent me a response "Pay outs usually arrive in 5 business days, if you don't see it by the end of today please respond" .. Like okay? Can't you SEE on your end if you've paid me? Clearly they hadn't. It's like they don't even know. Maybe that's just completely industry standard, I have no idea. TBH I wouldn't mind a crypto pay out option. I don't see why it can't be at least an option.

Mine too. "Paid" means that Global has sent the payment. You can't expect the money to show up in your bank instantly.

Since today is Friday, I wouldn't count on seeing that money till early next week.

Try to relax a little. Your being anxious is not going to change anything at this point.
