Still waiting for the arrival so I’m in the same boat as a few of you. Had zero problems all of August. Sort of concerning that the guy who’s request was approved on the 14th received his money today. @kimber is there anything I can do to expedite the process? It’s been the full 5 business days which is why I’m slightly concerned. Hopefully it’ll clear by midnight. Seems like the 9/12 approva people are getting shafted for whatever reason lmao. Also this approval was the longest it’s ever taken for me. A full 48 hours.

It’s funny I was expected it to come Sunday at midnight. Then I was positive it would come Monday at midnight. And then I was 1000% sure it would get in Tuesday at midnight. But at this point I really don’t know lol.

$3200 cashout requested on September 16th and still not approved. This is the longest the approval process has taken in months. Could a global rep please look into approving the cashout.

I haven’t played on global in awhile since they stopped using PayPal. With their new deposit/cash out method, has anyone had any difficulty withdrawing their winnings? Thank you.

So my update on my cash-out journey

9/7 original cashout request for $1,300 was sent in for my 1st payout.
9/9 Payment was approve and marked as paid.
9/11 Realized I sent in wrong RN #
9/18 Cash-out bounced back to global and they reprocessed it with the correct info.

Sooooo hopefully now everything will go smoothly. FYI. Triple check that you sent in the correct info, otherwise you will end up in a mess like Im currently in. During this process CS was decent with communicating back with me. However, there wasn't much they can do on there end.

Thanks Kimbr for keeping any eye on my issue. I feel confident that everything will work out.

Would be nice for Global to eventually figure out how to use EFT (Canadian version of direct deposit) if possible through their processor. Not only does it cost players to receive the wire, I am sure it probably costs global to send the wire. Hopefully Worldpay has a way of doing this for CDN would be cheaper and easier for everyone. This is not something really in global's control but would be nice to know if something better is coming down the pipe.

Pretty frustrating that all these later people are getting their money, but for whatever reason the people who were approved on 9/12 are on over a week without payment.

i am in the same boat as you (approved 9/12) but Kimbr has already responded to both of us on here so why don't we just wait and see what happens? Doesn't do anyone any good to vent while someone is already working on it.

FWIW, I requested mine on 9/4.
