Anyone else have to do this??

I've been trying to cash out for two months. Joey/Kimbr what's the issue? The details I resent was all correct and I talked to my bank they are not holding any funds on their side.

Please help.

Need your help again.
My first cash out try of world pay has back to my global account, and was informed, because the account number is incorrect, and I type in the bank information,
Name, address, routing number,account number , with the 2nd cash out try on Aug 2nd, it was send back again.

the email was actually this:

Thank you for providing your bank details. Upon checking, the first routing number you sent us is different with the routing number you just gave us.

I received the confirmation from Email weeks ago, and my routing number already updated.

First cashout in the post-paypal era:

Uploaded bank statement 8/6
Requested cashout 8/6 - status "Pending Approval"
Received email 8/7 stating "your account is now linked with the details you have provided".
Cashout status "Approved" 8/11
Cashout status "Paid" 8/13
Money received in bank account 8/15

7 business days (9 calendar) is very long.

Glad to see most of the people who were waiting for the cash outs got their $.
Hopefully I get my cash outs within the next couple days.
Don't want to wait another week.
Way over 1 month now and from the US so it should be quicker.
@GlobalPokerkimber is it possible to just send me a check or fast wire so i don't have to wait any longer? Also, let me know if there is anything i can do to speed this up

So I recieved this email on the 13th of August after I sent in all my documents:
"Thank you for choosing Global Poker.

We are happy to inform you that your documents have been accepted and your account is now linked with the bank details you provided.

Moving forward, all cash outs will be sent to your bank account.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated."

I then asked to cash out 50$ from my account. I waited a few days then asked about the status of my cash out. I then recieved this email:

"After checking your account, I was able to verify that we have received your cash out request of $50.00. As cash outs will now be sent directly to your bank account, it is important that we ensure correct ownership of the account we are sending funds to. This is important for your security and also in relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Funding (CTF) obligations.

In light of this, we are asking for your kind cooperation in filling out our Bank Details Form through the following link and attaching your bank statement."

I've already done this. How many times do I have to submit my documents? Kimbr can you help me please?

Honestly, i followed up with them everyday It was well over 3.5 weeks beforegot mine.

I was getting so pissed at one point and couldnt do anything but wait.

The customer service or the big boys?

I don't wanna harass the big boys if it won't accomplish anything, but I've literally been getting copy/pasted responses from customer service and it's actually tilting me now.

Kimbr/Joey at least attempting to help us, if not only just trying to dampen our outrage, but it seems like nobody else is or something.

We still don't even know the reason for the delays, correct? "teething issues"

My 5th cashout post Paypal switch. All have gone through smoothly and within 5 business days.

One thing I really like about the cashout system here is that the money is taken out once it's pending. Other sites I've played at (Ignition, Intertops), leave the money in your account when it's pending and don't take it out till it's approved. Always felt suspicious to me, because I felt like they were doing that so that you'd lose the money within the time it took to approve.

Anyways, keep up the great work! This site rocks! Easy competition and easy cashouts.

So my dad just did his first withdrawal on here since they switched from paypal. He requested the cashout but didnt get a confirmation email or anything. What steps will he have to go through now to get his money? He verified his account before and got paypal cashouts will he have to go thru more verifications or what?
