Been waiting over 1 month on my cash outs now...
Global Poker Kimber + Joey are ignoring me now for some reason.
No help from support.
Have 5 figures locked up and much more that i wanna cash out.
Couldn't play poker which is my main source of income because of this issue (cost me 30k + of estimated ev)
From the USA so cash outs should be quick too.
Been asking support what the problem is and they keep sending me those exact copy and paste answers you all have been receiving.
Anything they ask of me to help fix the problem or speed it up, ill do as soon as possible. But they tell me nothing.
This is very very frustrating and draining.
What should I do next??

Don't know whats going on.
My lifetime poker average is about 100$/hr and barely played any poker since this cash out issue. Took the fun out of the game.
Such a waste of time. Also very frustrated and stressed out.

just got another w/d to my bank account

I believe that all 5 or 6 or however many cashouts I've had on worldpay have hit my bank on a Monday. I assume that's how it works; they process cashouts en masse on a certain day of the week. Just fwiw.

Kimber can you please detail us what steps are being taken to finish cashing out the backlog of Canadians? Did the e-mail result in people prioritizing those who sent them to cashout via alternative methods?

It's now been a month since I initiated my cashout request, and 5 days since others were cashed out.

Honestly, it was just a coincidence since the cash outs were already being processed by the time that the email (or was it a phone call?) was received by Rointon. It was going to be processed regardless but if it will help with our current situation ian anyway, then it's all good.

Global won’t let me purchase gold coins anymore. I keep reaching out to them and they keep giving me the run around. My banks tell me it’s on there end. So weird.
