Hi,

Thanks for getting back. I have received the cashout! It was my first one under the new system so I was a bit worried but the whole process including resubmitting my info only took about 5 days. So I would urge everyone to hang in there. It seems like Global is really trying to do the right thing, including being active on this forum.

Haven't received anything. Initially sent wire routing # instead of ACH but notified them of this almost a month ago. Was assured the funds will be returned to my account. Nothing.

Does having made a successful post-PayPal withdrawal mean issues are less likely going forward? Wondering whether it's better to do a test withdrawal or to go for the full amount right off the bat.

FYI - I called my bank today and the transaction was declined on July 3rd because the funds were sent to the wrong type of account. In my case, I was asking for the funds to be sent to a savings account and they were sent to a checking account. Not sure if this applies to others, but it may be worth looking into.

Nope, still waiting on mine, they gave me an update that they will transfer the funds back to me for both the cashout and have me try to cash out again.

That was over a week ago. Still nothing.

FWIW guys, I requested two cashouts two weeks ago and both were received in my bank account last week. It's common for US sites to process payments in batches.

My first withdrawal went fine but i got a question on my 2nd cash out..
it says in my history that my 2nd withdrawal says "paid" but have not recieved in my bank account.. is that normal?

my first withdrawal when it says paid it was in there but this one isnt yet.

same case here. First one hit the bank first then it showed paid. This time it showed paid but I haven't seen money in my bank. 3 days already. I will update when I receive my money

In most cases, it has something to do with either the routing number or the account name mismatch with your bank (this is common for those who signed up with Global Poker using their FB accounts.) I will have this checked as well. Thank you.
