it is now 7/18.........customer service is clueless, my money is NOT in my bank, nor is it back in my global account. complete F on their part the whole way, unbelievable.

seems as if they need the ACH routing number as told to me by kimberley, i gave them the routing number for "all incoming wires"....let's see if this fixes the issue.

I've sent/reconfirmed details about 3-4 times yesterday, still waiting for cashout to be processed.

Hopefully today.

Many banks have multiple ABA numbers, including ones for ACH transactions. Why Global is not cognizant of such standard information is amazing. Kimber and Joey here are doing what they can, but it's not up to them to explain this. The clowns that sent out the emails with the likes about how this was in demand and had a rousing success sure should have known.

They had such a great success with it that they did not have a clue they needed an ACH transaction number......

Requested Cash out on July 4th.
Today is July 19th with no update on my cash out.
Hard to refer my friends when they are seeing that I'm not getting paid.
If one customer service rep could just help solve this it would make my life much easier.

Because customer service is so slow it took a while to figure out why my payments were failing and they say it was because i sent them the wrong routing number the first time. I sent them the exact same routing number the second time and they finally told me I'm all linked up and my payment will be there soon. Three days later it arrived. It was a hassle but it's done. hopefully future withdraws will now be smoother.

Has any one experienced problems with GP asking for banking information? They want a lot of info just to send some money.

After sending my banking details including the SWIFT code I was asked to submit a bank statement which I did a few hours later after physically having to go to the bank to get one. After submitting the bank statement I was asked for the SWIFT code which I sent less than 24 hours ago.

Wow.. FINALLY GOT MY MONEY IN THE BANK.. 27 days later..

Congrats to all Canadians.. Received in my USD acc, hopefully next cash outs go WAY smoother.

I would like to note tho, I WD 3k and I received $2,982.50. So there was some fee somewhere along the way (nothing got charged from my bank statement side)

Another request submitted today. Will update on how that one goes.

Same here. Was short $17.50usd on today’s deposit I finally received. It is the standard bank fee for receiving a wire transfer unfortunately. Also cost $1.25cdn to then withdraw the $ from Usd acct to cdn $ acct just as a little additional fu lol. So after all the hassles of finally being able to get $, it ends up costing you $.

I emailed and updated my bank routing number.
so it would be use rounting number for wire transfer right?

since I am getting confused with the email from customer support.
looks like payment is processed with ACH routing, but I need to change it to wire transfer routing?

Regarding your concern, please be informed that we only need you to provide is your ACH routing number in order for us to link your bank details to your Global Poker account, wire transfer routing number will not work and it will cause future delays. Not to worry, your concern has already forwarded to our Finance team and we will give you an update as soon as possible.

Canadian here got a wire today as well. $17 bank fee so not exactly Global's doing beyond that being their only current cashout method. Relieved as hell about it. Hopeful they are looking into fee free methods.
