I have just submitted my first non PayPal withdraw. I'm wondering if others have been able to get money off Global since PayPal option ceased. What was your experience? Were you able to withdraw and if so how long did your withdraw take?
I'm pretty skeptical and worried that money may just be stuck. Will update this thread as my withdraw gets processed too.
What documents exactly do I need to upload? Does it have to be a physical copy of a bank statement? If so does anyone know a way to get a physical statement from cap one?

Bank has no SWIFT/BIC, but that ended up not being an issue. Was super nervous throughout but it worked out in the end. Have patience people! Global/ZenDesk support and Joey/Kimbr were great throughout.

This is embarrassing for us and I understand how frustrating this must be for you. Rest assured that I'm doing everything I can to get to the bottom of this.
I got another reply from support saying I was approved on the 27th even though Im pretty sure I was approved before then. But either way if I was approved on the 27th I should have received the money yesterday unless the weekends make it take longer.
I believe I gave my incoming wire routing number to support instead of ACH. Does this make a difference ? I have contacted them and told them that it needs to be changed but they haven't acknowledged this and told me to keep waiting patiently...…...
I'm not sure if this post will be relevant, but it's something that i wanted to bring up just in case people were having issues. When i was living abroad after Black Friday, i would often wire money from my bank account abroad to my U.S. account. However, the bank account that i had in the U.S. used an intermediary bank for incoming international wire xfers. So what i had to do was fill out a form at the foreign bank which listed both the intermediary bank and it's swift code, in addition to the beneficiary bank account. So if anybody has a bank account which doesn't process their own wire transfers then maybe part of the issue your cashouts are being routed to the intermediary bank without further instructions on where that bank is supposed to send the payment.
GlobalPokerCSKimbr or GlobalPokerCSJoey can you help me with my cashout? Whenever I send a ticket to support I get the same generic response: "We are forwarding your case to the payments team. We will contact you if there is any new information." Still waiting for my cashout from June 21st.
