Still nothing since then, even with follow up emails. No responses on anything, yet. If there's ever an update, I'll post it

I am keep on getting this email even after I send them the document after requesting withdraw. Anyone has the same experience?

Requested cash out on the 16th sent all documents. Global keep on asking me to send banks statement. I sent a second time. I got a auto response email that documents is received. I do not know what is happening.

Finally some progress. Started this process on 6/9. I'll update when/if I receive the funds.

Damn... this reminds me of the old days of constantly checking the bank account for withdrawals from full tilt and stars.

I'm starting to not be so optimistic of the outcome of this situation.

Those 1 or 2 day cash outs from paypal sure were nice while they lasted.

Given that some people in the other cashout thread are still withdrawing in the $$thousands via Paypal - I think everyone needs to calm their $hit until this Friday.

TBH it always felt too good to be true. I also always thought it was obviously f***ing illegal for Paypal to be processing the transactions. I think Global switching payment processors is the long-term more viable option.

It has now been 3 unanswered emails and 3 days of total non-response for me. I guess maybe they think if they ignore me long enough I will go away and they can keep my money?

Or maybe they are overrun with e-mails because people like you are sending them 3+ e-mails on the same subject. They are probably getting slammed right now and they are just trying to play catchup. I think everything will be ironed out within the next week. It might be 3-5 business days to cashout going forward but it's better than getting nothing.

They are getting Hammered with emails because they they removed paypal with no warning. People including myself have been waiting almost a week for a cashout via WP. Tired of hearing people defending them. I see people still cashing out via PP and receiving their money within 24hours... yet some of us get the joy of waiting a week plus with unanswered emails chosen at random?

They were responding promptly before I asked for a way to withdraw money without giving them access to an entire month's worth of my finances.

I'm not defending them. I'm just stating that some people might be overreacting considering they introduced a new cashout method and it's obvious they are being overrun with e-mails right now. I've seen poker sites in the past get overrun with e-mails in these types of scenarios. They are probably working through a backlog and are understaffed for it. Could they handle this better? Of course. I just don't think it's worth getting wiggy over considering it's only been a week since they introduced this. And they specified 3-5 business days after you verify your bank account to get your cashouts. People just need to chill out and give them some time. If another week passes and you still don't hear anything then I would start complaining.

This site is a gold mine and as long as they are paying people out in a reasonable fashion then you should be grateful it even exists. I would rather put up with a glitchy site like this that has so many fish than compared to a bot/reg infested site like ACR.

I miss the old 1-2 day cashout compared to World pay which is obviously going to take at least 3x as long regardless of what GlobalPoker tells us about how great an option it is and how there is no "middle-men". We only care about speed... wish the old option was still available.

EDIT: I will add, try getting in touch with them via Twitter. I did that, and they responded to my Document Verification email within 36 hours.
