Hi Joshua,
Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Service.
I can see that the last purchase you have made was for $100 last 2018-03-12 03:39:18. Now to be able to make a cashout you need to have a play through or a total stake of what you have purchased. From the time you made a withdrawal your stake or play through was only $78, you need at least $100 to be able to make a cashout
and as of the moment you already have staked more than enough amount for you to cashout again.
Please be advised that Global Poker players are required to accomplish their playthrough requirements before initiating a cash out request. The playthrough is equivalent to 100% of the recent purchase/s and only $weeps Cash hands count towards the wagering requirement. For more details, please visit
https://globalpoker.com/page/sweeps-rules.
I hope this clarifies your concern. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via
support@globalpoker.com.
Kind Regards,
Isobel
I go ahead and submit the $50 req and then receive this email.

Dear Joshua,
We are contacting you on behalf of Global Poker Customer Service Support.
Please be informed that your cash out request of $50.00 was denied because you will need to wager first a total of at least 100% of your recent purchase before you can cash out. Once the play through requirement is met, you can request for another cash out and we will processed it accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Ash
I guess I'll keep gambling since apparently not all of their staff is convinced I"'ve gambled enough, or are they mad I'm a slight winning player? I don't get it.
