Just got verified and withdrew immediately after that! Only took 32 hours total, real fast - thank you to everyone for the help
Now to somehow acquire the Reaper avatar despite it being available only during last Halloween...

Go find the thread, BeHumble didn't post much, although I think it was all lower case, so I would just look for humble and you will stumble across it. Its likely only a couple of pages back.

I can only tell you what was in that thread, I don't know BeHumble personally, but in the end, they seemed to be satisfied with how Global handled things, while being annoyed somewhat with them during the process.

And again, from the thread you can glean the PayPal troubles were something with BeHumble in particular and not related to Global. But again, read it for yourself rather than take my word for it. And as I am sure you know, take everything with a grain of salt, anyone can say anything they want in a forum.

Hi Global Joey,

I requested my first cash out 2/18 at around 1pm Pacific time. I also sent in a picture of my drivers licence, and a medical insurance bill showing my address. The addresses on both documents match, however I have moved since singing up for Global. The address I used to sign up isn't my current address.

I received an email from support@global saying that there is a problem with the adresses not matching. Tried to update my address in my Global account prior to withdrawing my funds, but couldn't figure out how.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am in the same situation and agree the communication has been terrible. I've been trying to pull $10k off for weeks (to book flights) and every time they have asked me for new forms of ID. Finally I had to go and get a new US ID made and then 24 hours later they said 'we need a photo of you holding the ID'. Since I sent that back 2 days ago they haven't responded once.

I'm at wits end as I need to book to fly tomorrow/the day after and I can't even get a response.

A photo of you holding your ID? I find this hard to believe.

funny thing. i had initial cash out of over $1000 and they screw me around with a ton of requests. i cancelled that cashout and cash out only $50 and voila they make it so easy. now i am verified and i put in large cashout and they are taking forever to even acknowledge it.

I have had no issues. Sent documents in yesterday afternoon, account was verified his morning. $150 showed up in my Paypal this afternoon.

Looking for some advice.

I am trying my first Global Poker withdrawal. An issue has been raised when the last response to me said my verification of address was accepted, but not my officially issued State photo ID card. I do not have any of the other state-issued photo IDs they mention on their website. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or have any advice on what to do next?

The Lord knows the State of Illinois has problems, but this is the first time their ID card was not considered as valid.

BTW - I have sent a pm to "GlobalPokerCSadmin"

Well I am also in the same boat as others by reading the forms here. Having trouble getting verified as well. Does Global Poker know what a legal land description is or a LSD ? They seem like they don't know what this means on my natural gas bill service. Maybe Joey can help on this one. I want to get back to playing but not until its all resolved. Screen name is FilthyFlopper on Global. Help would be appreciated Thanks....

I have sent them multiple e-mails asking for clarification on the Grizzly Games leaderboard and they have completely ignored every one of them. I have dealt with a lot of sites with horrible customer service but this one is baffling b/c they pay out immediately but nobody on the poker side has any clue about customer service OR poker and it's a shame b/c if they fixed that it could really shine.

Well, no response in the forum, no response to pm from GlobalPokerCSadmin or GlobalPoker_Joey, but my third submission of the ID seems to have worked because the withdrawal was approved and funds moved to PP.

So however it got solved, all is well.

I am having trouble DEPOSITING. I click "Buy Gold Coins" => select the $100 option. Brings me to the PayPal log in. I enter my PayPal credentials. Loading...Loading... I am redirected to the my PayPal account page. To clarify, end result is the same as me just going to www.paypal.com and logging in. I see my account, my funds, my cc, ect.

Anybody experience a similar situation and have any work around?

So far I have tried logging out. Logging into paypal before I try to deposit on Global Poker. Clearing cookies/cache. Using different browsers. Using different computers. Using incognito/private tab.

Have never had to deposit after running up the free $2 but did try it once just as a test then canceled. Seems it would have went right through without a problem. Maybe try the $50 option? Also enable the PP "quick pay" or whatever it is called so you are logged in even before you click the purchase gold coins button. Just a thought.

Some people have seen issues with the money coming directly from a credit or debit card instead of already being in your PayPal account. Others have worked just fine, but a few people have mentioned in the forums they have had troubles with that.

Contact support if you haven't as well.

i know this seems silly but maybe try a different browser?

Please email support explaining the situation re moving. They have been quite proactive in finding workable solutions in the past.
