I am not sure I believe these people

I sent them my all my information and have had no response about a cash out

I keep trying to message them here and in the support

They do not respond and my cash out still pending

I have been trying since 4/21 to get a cash out

This is ridiculous

all information was sent to them a number of time

I got confirmation received some of it but after I sent the rest they stopped responding to me

Beware of playing there you may not get paid I will gladly let you know if they eventually pay me but it is not worth going thru this for a cash out

For having plenty of money and not needing the cash out, you sure make a lot of posts about your money.

Kimbr already said it would be looked into. Have some patience. Everyone providing the necessary docs received their money. I suspect that if you have indeed complied with the requests then you will receive the money you don't need/care about.

As I have checked, you first sent your documents on the 26th. We requested for your proof of address but you sent us a voided check and your passport instead.

Last time posting update here cause by now it should be apparently clear that people get paid out if they submit the proper info. Another 1 day Cashout process....unreal and THANKS@GLOBAL POKER!
