My 60 minute pop-up didn't say how much I won or lost, it said, I played through 46 dollars. Which is weird because I haven't received any sweeps coins credits recently so I should be 100% played through and I had bet a lot more than that, I went busto in PLO100 for $100. Maybe they changed the play through requirements?

"played through" = lost.

That's what I thought it meant...no?

I emailed support, you are correct. The language was confusing to me. IIRC a Global Rep mentioned they were working on a way to let us know how much we have progressed upon the play through of Sweeps Coins requests. I thought they may have added that feature. I mailed about twenty sweeps requests a few weeks ago but it might be another month before I get credited so it was puzzling how I could Play Through something I hadn't received.

Why would they word it that way though? If you bet 100SC get called and win the pot you still played through 100SC. And if you bet 1000SC and get called across many pots, and wind up net -100SC, you've played through 1000SC not 100.

I could be wrong, but I think the pop ups currently probably refer to the play through for the vault/rakeback.

There haven't been any Sweeps Coins envelopes credited in over 2 months apparently, so that's about all it could be at this point.

It just tells you how much you're up or down for the past 60 minutes.
