Can you change bank account linked to Global?

I contacted support via email twice in the past week but I have recently changed bank and was wondering if global allow you to changed the bank account hooked to your account. Any experience with this anyone?

Making multiple tickets will just confuse and slow the already incompetent support staff. "Bob" in India is probably overwhelmed with requests due to the Holidays.

yeah i did it, then i had to follow up 3 months later because they didn't update the routing number. works fine now and no cashouts have been an issue.

I did get a couple of follow up emails saying they have my ticket and have a high number of tickets to get to, and asked me not make another which I didn’t so I’m just patiently waiting.
