Sorry if this question has been asked...quick google search didn't give me any answers.

I travel internationally to Mexico, Canada, Korea, and Japan about 5-6 times per year. Is it ok to play on GP from these countries, or does it violate TOC?

Global reps will have to confirm, but it's my understanding you can play. The issue for people living in those countries seems to be there's no way to cash out, you can only cash out via paypal from the US or Canada. But if you are a US resident with a USD paypal account and have a verified Global Poker account I think you'll be ok while traveling. Now whether or not they restrict IP's from those countries from entering sweeps cash games, IDK... I guess a Global rep will have to clarify.

You are able to play from any country that allows you to access the Global Poker website.

To cash out $weeps Cash you need to have a verified account which includes a proof of residence in the US.
