Hello,

I've been a member with Global since two months after you guys launch the site. I really enjoy this site and playing against the regs. I'm making this post today because, i feel i am getting punish longer then needed. Let me start off. It's been one month since i played on the site. My main account was block because of a misunderstanding. I sent a email out and this what i receive " Upon checking your account, We have verified that our system detected that you have another account created before, upon checking it was already closed so we have reopen your active account. Please keep in mind we only allow one account per customer. " Before this incident i was only playing on one account and respecting the terms of Global. A day or two later
after my account was unblock, my account gets block again this is the email i receive " We regret to inform you that your account and all associated Global Poker accounts will remain deactivated and the decision regarding your account/s is final and non-negotiable. Further inquiries regarding this matter will no longer be entertained. ". Nobody in customer service wanted to answer my questions on email, So I took a break. I felt a month away from the site was enough and wanted to try to come back. I chose to make a account today and added $30, i made that $30 into $150 paying .25/.50, i tried to cash out and sent in my documents you guys requested. That account also got block and receive the same email. i've spent hundreds on this site on cash games and just wanna get to play once more. I fully don't understand why this is happening to me. My ticket was resolve and you guys realize it was a mistake and unblock me just to block me again 2 days later. Can anybody in the admin team help me or is this a permanent ban, and if is it, why?? because i've always follow the rules.

judging only from the fact you tried to cashout on a brand new account after you were permanently banned (which is pure lunacy), it seems your original ban may have been warranted.

What are the odds that - this person is actually paid by VGW to create posts like this one to keep forum attention off of software or other actual complaints vs. a legit poster outside the company being able to dream up and physically type this gold by himself?

While there might be an error by security, the latest incident was clearly OP's fault and it is both laughable and sad that OP claims to not understand why this newest account was banned rather than cashed out.

Here is my best guess, based on OP's post.

OP made several accounts. Why? No idea. Free $2, forgot pw and didn't want to bother with PW recovery, whatever. Global discovered there was a 2nd account and banned the one OP was playing on at the time (this is not a "misunderstanding" lol). OP pled his or her case for reinstatement. The rep who got that email did some cursory looking, saw the 2nd account in question was already closed, and re-opened the other account with a warning. Two days later security further checked and found it wasn't just 2 accounts, there were multiple accounts associated with OP, and shut OP back down again. ("and all associated Global Poker accounts will remain deactivated")

OP didn't get a further response and "took a break" for a month. Then, instead of trying to resolve, OP made a conscious choice to violate the rules of the site yet again despite being fully aware that opening a new account would do just that, and opened a new account. Won some money, tried to cash out, and of course was immediately caught and banned again.

Sorry but I have zero sympathy for you OP. Even if the initial issues were all truly innocent mistakes with no malice intended (which I doubt, I would bet good money the free $2 offer was involved), this most recent account is quite clearly and intentionally a violation of the TOS which you absolutely knew when you made it, due to your prior incident and banning.

El Oh El? No, you clearly did not. And I sure hope the ban is permanent.
