Okay first of all, according to your posts you made the incorrect purchase 5 days ago on the 21st, not 7 days. And you created your own problem here by not paying attention to what you were buying. I'm guessing you have a lot of bad customer experiences.
All that being said, 5 days with no response from support on what should be an easy issue to resolve, is unacceptable. Hopefully you have not been flooding them with emails because that's a good way to backlog their support team and delay your getting help. Somehow I won't be surprised if you have. But if you haven't, after 5 days a follow up email is definitely warranted. There's no excuse to not respond for that long.
One other thing, MAKE SURE you are emailing support from the email address you have registered your account on global with, and their emails aren't going to your spam folder or something like that. I had an issue on Sunday and emailed their support, and got a response about 6 hours later. So they do respond/are responding. You should get an automated response acknowledging your email, followed by a human response typically in 24-48 hours (sometimes faster as I experienced Sunday).
