It looks nothing like part of a computer program IMO. Perhaps you're not familiar with leetspeak?

But even if it did, that's not how bots work. They don't create their own accounts - the bot owner would be doing that, and the last thing he/she'd want is to create a name that made anyone think it was a bot.

As for not answering in chat, there are myriad reasons why this happens. Multi-tasking, multi-tabling, chat off, or done on purpose so you make incorrect assumptions like this one.
