maybe you could give a little more detail about the issue.
is it not removing funds from your balance when you buy in? is it not adding funds to your balance after a tournament win? or after getting up from a cash table?
if its after a cash table, it takes time for your balance to update because your funds are technically still in play, as in if you rejoin the table before the blinds pass, it will play as if you never left the table. usually updates once the blinds pass and thats when you can refresh your balance and see the funds from the table added back to your balance
