Balance Not Updating Balance Not Updating

Anyone else currently having this problem? Was playing 6 cash game tables and as I was closing them down, the funds were not going back into my balance like they usually do. I sent them an email.

I cashed in a couple of sit and goes that I didn’t think got added back to my balance either - sent them an email about it. Good to know others are having the same problem, hopefully they will take care of it

come on guys wtf more than half my balance is missing. just took a break to eat breakfast and now i cant play. global pls un**** this permanently

Same here. I won a sit n go tournament, only to discover no credit to my account for winning. they did take my buy in though. I tried clearing my browser cache and history and that did nothing to improve.

Ok now it just updated for me as well. I've never experienced such a delay from a tournament win.

Yes, but it eventually updated about ten minutes later....1st time I've seen it do this on my end.

Speaking of updating, the Auto Top-Up lag needs to be corrected....like now. Had a few instances over the last few months where it took 2 hands to top up of course where the next hand was the nuts.

Should auto top up before the next hand even begins.

This **** just happened to me tonight. I won about 8 buyins in my cash session and my balance reflects the same as when I started my session.

Sent support an email. Making me think I'm crazy and I didnt have the amount of money I thought I did at the beginning of the session but I know thats not it.

This **** is ****ing terrible. I am unable to track my money on the site. FIX THIS GLOBAL

ive noticed you stay seated at the table for 1 more hand or until the current hand finishes before the money goes back into your account. usually within minutes the balance is correct.

are you guys having different issues?

Over an hour and still missing the money from the last two tables I closed out. Logged in and out a couple times too. Global just straight loses your money and you have no recourse.

Not sure if you actually read this thread or not, but no. Global doesn’t lose your money. Somtimes it takes longer than expected to update, but vast majority of the time it’s literally within a minute or so.

I still dont have my money and its been 5 days. Was told they would forward to a "manager" who would reach out to me, and have since gotten emails saying since I havent replied in 3 days they are closing my ticket LOL
