Balance not adjusting properly Balance not adjusting properly

Has anyone else had this issue?

I am METICULOUS about adding my balances as I go. Absolutely nuts about it.

It has only been an issue since the NEW template started about 2 weeks ago. At first I assumed I added incorrectly (and by the way I log all win losses on a spreadsheet to the dollar), so yesterday and today I was VERY VERY careful to add up my balances.

It seems when I click X to close a window, instead of clicking LEAVE TABLE, the balance disappears. Today I was up About $150, and my balance is about $100 down.

Anyone else have this issue recently (and please no speculation, I am meticulous about record keeping).

I have informed support, and I'm waiting to hear back.

I track my results as well, and one time I did have some funds go missing, but it was when a table crashed. I normally use the LEAVE TABLE button myself, but I am sure there are times when I have closed with the X.

I also assume if it was a problem with the X, we would hear howls from lots of players who's computers crash, or internet goes out, as it would be pretty similar to just hitting the X (although not exactly the same). True this is an argument from silence, but I would give it some time to hear back from support. You can also PM the reps on here, Kimbr is your best chance, but likely she is off until Sunday night as they are in the land down under.

I have had funds go missing from my balance after sessions. Actually, it happened several times back in the beginning of 2017. The first time they refunded my account $400 for the buy-in and after that they did nothing. Only the first time was I able to prove it because I happened to take a screen shot of my balances.

At that point I made quite a fuss to them about not having transaction history on their site. "How do we know they arent stealing from us if we cant see our transactions?" I would say. Since then they have added transaction history and since then it has not happened again.

Sometimes their servers get overloaded and it takes 30-60 minutes to update your balance. It is rare but it does happen.

If it doesn't refund within 2 hours I would take it up with support at the ZEN DESK

Thx railbird and the previous guy. Yes, now I'm simply going to take screen shots, and log in. I tend to add up all my tables before I close them and add it to balance. There balance readout (which is fixed now) was also screwed for the last 2 weeks.

Yesterday was the first time there was a major discrepancy...up $150 for the session, registered as $90 down (essentially didn't add the two tables I logged out of).

I was on a table crash last week (it froze) and the funds didnt appear for days ...might be the case.

I am clicking the leave tab from now, and taking screen shots. The history tab is only good for showing money in and out, it doesn't show if you log out and nothing gets registered (as it didn't with the frozen table either).

Its happened to me 3 or 4 times. Every time i hit the home button to reload my bank roll i am always nervous hoping it will update correctly. It takes a few minutes before it updates all of my br. If it updates correctly i felt like i hit the lotto. Its hilarious how bad the software is for american sites that we are just happy if we can play a full session with no problems and our bank roll adjusts properly.
