Am I the only one who is missing some sounds after last night's update? I'm not sure what all is missing but most everything seems to be there, except of course for the most important sound, which is the notification that let's me know it's my turn. That one is missing. It's a pretty big ****ing problem. I closed everything down, cleared cache, etc; still didn't help. Then I signed on from another computer (first one was Linux; this one was Windows), even tried a couple different browsers, but the problem persists across the board. Unless the personal doomswitch is real, it seems highly unlikely I can be the only one experiencing this.

Also: If I send an email to support, and get a response saying "we would like to take this opportunity to direct you to our zendesk...", are they just pointing out another helpful option, or are these ****heads actually telling me they won't help me unless I waste time going through all their ****ing nonsense, which is a lot more time-consuming than a quick email that's already linked to my account, and a huge pain in the ass to do, I might add, when I can't hear the sound telling me when it's my turn?

+1 to the bolded part, I've got no sound notification letting me know it's my turn to act since the update last night also. Actually as i was typing this i got one before I timed out on a couple tables, both at different times in the time bank left. One table has maybe a second left max, so basically useless.

I finally had to stop playing so I could deal with their zen desk bull****. Got a predictable response from support: "Have you turned on the notification setting?" ( < slap > would be my preferred response to that.) But then they also said "use Google Chrome". Which is a program that will never again grace any device of mine.

I am currently responding to their email letting them know how absurd and ****ty it is for them to force users of their poorly chosen browser-based client to have only a single, third-party closed-source proprietary option, not to mention the fact that it illustrates their technical incompetence to have what is just a literal website work correctly on exactly one browser. I'm quite certain sure the guy who barely read my original complaint and thus thought the settings might be off will take my words with great seriousness; he'll probably print it out and rush it posthaste up to the 12th floor, waving it madly in the air and screaming all the while for his coworkers to make way, make way, damn you, and for the love of god, HOLD THE ELEVATOR DOOR!

In the meantime, I did try Chromium, the open-source version of Chrome. The problem persists.

On a side note, have you been running crazy crazy bad today? And yesterday? And the day before? And the day before that? But not the day before that? But then the previous day? Maybe we should compare notes.

Hey, guys. We have identified the issue after receiving similar reports and have released a hotfix. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
