Hero (A2cc) iso limper call small 3b. The flop comes A2cc that I am holding in my hand. I now see my exact 2 cards I am holding on the flop. So I am confused wondering why are my 2 cards in my hand on the flop, but I have 2 pair so I get it allin even though even though I know something is wrong. Villain (AT) and he takes down the pot with one pair. At this point I am baffled wondering what is going on. I go to hand history replayer and it says I have K4dd even though it showed I had A2cc in my hand on the table when I was playing. I am curious has this ever happened to anyone else in cash games? Or has anyone ever had issues with hole cards in general on this website?

I've never seen it, and unfortunately from your hand history nobody would be able to tell if it happened here. If it really happened, that is a serious bug, and should be reported. I just don't know how you can document it.

Just because someone said it happened doesn't mean it did. I'm sure we are all guilty of misreading our hand, I do it every few days but I don't go around posting about it. Maybe this happened but it's the first I've heard of it on Global.

There was drama about this happening on WPN last year and the guy had photoshopped the image lol.

There are apps for phones and computers that record the screen. Windows 10 even has a built in program.

I don't know if it's ever happened on Global, but there are a handful of documented cases where the second-best hand was awarded the pot.

This is what was emailed to me that its my fault I saw A2cc in my hand and I should of cleared my cookies. So they admit I saw 2 pair but its my problem. So that was their response. Doesn't make sense to me but basically clear cookies before you play on global so there is no technical difficulties on our end.

That seems like a terrible response. If they admit that you could have seen the incorrect hand through no fault of your own, it seems like the least they could do is reimburse you for the hand.

This was the only documented case I could find after a brief search.

And the issue below had to do with the site incorrectly paying out the hand, not that it paid out a worse hand.

Could be slow/bad internet connection which does weird things sometimes.
