Another new weird glitch Another new weird glitch

I took a picture of the glitch, when it glitches, this is what it shows when I open a SnG now. This glitch started happening since their last update. Have over 1k sngs played and this never happened before.

Ahhh that's what you meant when you said "whole card". I mistakenly corrected you for spelling hole card wrong. My bad.

That is a crazy glitch.

Also sorry I talked s**t to you but you did call me moron first. Were all supposed to be poker buddies.

Hope you get the help you need fast (from global), before more money is lost.

Its all good, just tilted from this crap, i'll just play cash for now instead. And yeah, sorry about calling you moron, that was uncalled for, If I lose money from bad play, thats on me, but if I start losing money, small or large because of their software/glitches, I just lose it lol.

no such thing as a "little glitch". I experienced same situation while in many MTTs and a few SNGs. White screen, logged off and on and still didn't load any of my MTTs.. I had to manually open the tables on each one which took forever. I was deep into the 10k.. I was being raised off my BB for at least 10 minutes before I found my table in all of the tournament windows that pop up.. thats just not fun or fair game

Glitch is non-existent on Opera, heres something interesting though guys, you guys remember the chrome sound issue awhile back? That happened immediately after they did maintenace on the site, just like this glitch, I think the lobbys not updating happened immediately after they did maintenance also. For whatever reason, whenever they do maintenance on this site, it creates more problems, atleast on Chrome it does, is anyone that's tech savy that would understand why this is?

Did you try clearing your cache, browsing history, cookies completely? Fwiw, MTT lobbies have been updating great for me for a couple days...until today.

User error? Dude your a joke, you post the most irrational comments on this forum, how on earth is it a user error? Please explain that to me when I have over 1k SnGs and this never happened before this recent update? Im glad your not dealing with any glitches, but alot of people are, and it's not "user error", how on earth is a SnG loading up taking me to card skins a user error? They messed something up like "they always do" when they make updates on this site, just because it has not happened to you and happens to some others, does not mean its user error for others.

Can you guys just fix these glitches? I don't want to be a dick but jesus come on guys, players have been patient with you guys, the glitch caused me to lose money, I would like a refund but don't expect you guys to do the right thing, so whatever, just fix these issues so people can play in peace.

Damn, i thought I was in the clear, the glitch happened to me again, anyone tech savy might have an idea as to why this is happening? I am completely unable to grind or play with this glitch. Thanks.

Here's is some info, the glitch happened right after they did maintenance, I also got my chat removed around the same time, could they have had messed something up when they removed my chat, I have no idea guys, just giving you guys information, BE NICE IF GLOBAL WOULD HELP

I told them to remove it, also, anyone able to help? I've been emailing global back and forth and they just keep giving me these automated responses, im speaking to a wall on globals side, I just refreshed my entire pc, hopefully this works, i'll report back here soon.

Hi Matt,

I don't really understand what you mean by showing the link with the 3h but that is ok, I am the least computer literate person in the world!

I understand that it is something that you want fixed though, as you can appreciate we are all focused on helping customers migrate to the new payment platform at the moment.

If it is ok with you can we put this on hold for a week or so, I will be back at work from leave then if you send me a PM I will look into this for you and have a chat with one of our devs about what the best way to fix it is.

Unacceptable. You run a high rake poker site. Your staff shouldn't put glitches on hold to take care of payment issues which you should have long known were coming.

Here's a glitch i've been experiencing today. I made a video.
