I just experienced a new glitch, I had a SnG game load up and it just showed a white screen with a large whole card, I had to sign out and log back in for it to go back to normal, wtf!?

Come on Global, people have been patiently waiting for you guys to fix these glitches, the thread named "glitches", has been completley ignored by you guys, players are playing a ton of rake on your site and this crap is unacceptable. Jaredpoker has payed over 200k in rake and you can't even bother to reply to him in that thread?, you guys suck. Im suprised more players have not been outspoken about this, I would like a reply in this thread instead of what you guys usually do is .................................................. .... 3 weeks later......................... 2 months later ....................

Why? Because global is not replying in the other thread, if they would bother to reply instead of ignoring it, I would not have had too.

No wonder they don't fix this crap, you guys just stay silent and let this crap slide, you do realize the lobbys not updating is still not fixed? That has severe implications for tourney players. They have no respect for the players, and you guys just take it and pay that rake.

Do you just post stupid comments all day long? Yes, I will continue to pay the rake and play the site, but im not going to just sit here and be quiet with these issues, maybe if you guys did the same instead of being quiet maybe they would actually get off their asses and fix these issues and maybe improve their software.

He's right. Not updating the lobbies is terrible, it's a critical part of the game to know where you're at. It is very cumbersome to have to constantly click out and in again. What's particularly outrageous is how GP support denies there is a problem in response to my emails and claims no one else has reported the issue so it's on me.They love to say how they want nothing more than to provide an excellent player experience. Do you even read moron, this is not what happened to me, it brought me to some URL with the name zendesk or something. I had 5 hyper turbos running and the 6th table that opened showed a white screen with a whole card, I had to log out, lose blinds, and log back in, I hope you lose 400$ in a pot with the nutz because global signs you out during the hand, that way I can laugh at you. Sorry to the players that have had that happened to them, not funny, but in this case, why not.
