ANOTHER GLOBAL TABLE FREEZE ANOTHER GLOBAL TABLE FREEZE

So three things,

Lately the support has been **** and contradictory.

Second, I informed them of my dissatisfaction and requested a full cash out (and this is the first time the cash out hasn't been processed quickly).

Third, I had one table yesterday freeze, it has happened before on global, the table freeze and the accounts don't get adjusted for a few days. So I take a snap shot (because they keep asking that instead of just table numbers). It is clearly a cash game, so only someone totally inept could mistake it, and I clearly describe that the table was frozen (sitting out did nothing, the balance didn't adjust, even one day later).

And of course this is the response I get:

Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Support.

We understand why you feel that way towards our site. We have already checked the tournament you mentioned in your previous email and we have confirmed that there were no interruptions in the game as previously advised. We did not have any technical nor server issues during the time the said tournaments are running. Other players were able to perform acts during the tournament as well.

Please note that should the issue come from our site, we will own up to it and compensate players when necessary. However, refunds are not issued if the disconnection is not caused by Global Poker.

You may review our card room rules on this link: https://globalpoker.com/page/card-room-rules.

Should you have any other concerns, please contact Customer Service by submitting a request through our Help Center, to assist you anytime.
Regards,

Sabrina

So this is the kind of snap reaction emails I keep getting, that are not even close to the issue. It was not a disconnect, the table froze, and balances did not adjust.

Just a warning, I am fully cashing out of global as traffic has declined and so has service.

The frozen table was resolved, the cashout was not.

I wish the initial responders would NOT reply until they knew what the issue was.

You don't think it's worth noting that the initial response was denial of the situation, and then the second response is returning the money? I'd say its worth the forum noting.
