Title says it all. For those who want more detail, I just finished a session of 6 tables, and when I quit, originally none of the tables credited back to my account. After closing the browser and logging back in, 2 out of 6 were credited. This was 26 minutes ago. Obviously, I emailed support first, but I'm kind of freaking out.

Hmmm, emergency maintainence going on now. Fingers crossed.

Same issue. Missing from one table.

Edit: has happened before and been fixed eventually

Happened to me as well...think it was their update. No clue how much I had on the tables, but none of them showed up. Probably short $800ish right now so that's always fun.

same i thought i was going nuts. I'm missing a couple of buy-ins. The total did not match up with the amount on the tables + balance in the account before exiting. Hopefully, they fix this with the "emergency maintenance" starting in a bit

Yea this is pretty annoying.

I would advise people to make sure that Global updates their balance correctly. They do make an effort to do so, but the last time this happened I was short 1 buyin and had to E-mail support for them to update my balance correctly.

Why can't we have a competent US company pleaseeee...yeah I just have a rough guess on what my balance should be at this point. I asked them for a transaction history to confirm whatever they try and give back to me.

Same issue. Literally just signed up for an account on there an hour ago, bought the $20 promo package just to try it out, played like 15 hands of 10NL went to cash out (down a whole dollar lol) and *poof* its gone.

Seriously thinking about calling my bank for a chargeback of the $20 and never looking back. From looking around site seems to have decent traffic but I can't deal with constant tech issues and having to monitor my balance to make sure they don't rip me off. Can't see myself gaining the confidence to have 1000s tied up on this site at this point.

What's not a good look is having a problem after my first 10-minute trial run on there. Can't wait to see what crap I get to deal with if I ever try to withdraw winnings.

From your previous comment I take it you put in decent volume on there. Are the games honestly worth dealing with this nonsense?

There's a cashout thread with over 5k posts. This site is bad at some things, but paying out they've always been good at.

In your rush to be a smartass I guess you missed the part where I said I was just trying out the site. I've got a 5k bankroll elsewhere and regularly play $50-100 mtts, was hoping to move said bankroll somewhere with more action. So I put 20 on global and in ten minutes half of it disappears in a glitch. Not looking promising.

EDIT- 9 of it disappeared in a glitch. I lost the other dollar fair and square.

This happened to me today. Missing about $500-600 from my last session before they shut down for maintenance. I have emailed them and they just said it should be back shortly. Fingers crossed.
