Afraid now that ive won a few tournaments im about to be scammed!! Afraid now that ive won a few tournaments im about to be scammed!!

So i did my withdraw by giftcard at first because i like bitcoin. I get an email saying actually we want you to upload your bank documents something about confirming its me or some bs even though thats why i did my id verifcation but no big deal! So i drive to my bank ask them to print me out a bank statement with my name ,address,account number and there official letterhead and dated. Everything they asked for and stated in thier terms and conditions. I wait and after 24 hours am told this-

This is to ensure that we are sending your prize winnings to the correct recipient and there will be no issue/problem in transferring your redemption request to your nominated bank account.

I literally gave them ALL OF THIS IN THE PICTURES I SENT IT CANT GET ANYMORE OFFICIAL THEN GOING TO UR BANK AND HAVING THEM PRINT IT OUT WITH EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE THINGS ON IT ALREADY!!!! BANK IN QUESTION IS SANTANDER NOT LIKE ITS A SUPER SMALL UNHEARD OF BANK OR SOMETHING. i hope i am wrong but seems awfully convienent this is happening after i win a few tournaments...
And the reasoning is again somehow to confirm its me dude i give u my id name address account number with a bank statement with all of that!! Doesnt seem to be about that anymore does it? Anyone from global help me understand this?? Havent had a response yet im so mad this shouldnt have happened to begin with clear as day i provided them with what they asked for only reason to send me that is to attempt to not payout clearly.

Never ever underestimate the incompetence of online CS. I'd bet you are fine. Just resend the docs exactly as asked and you should be fine.

I cant find a way to edit or delete this. Now that i am calm i think you are right at least i hope so! If i am wrong i want to issue a sincere apology i have severe anxiety and am prone to getting into this manic state sometimes.. i was scammee by an online casino before and am terrified of it happening again

IF the 2nd attempt does not work, is it possible that you used a different bank account when you initially deposited or signed up for Global? Maybe they were expecting documents from a different bank? Maybe you gave them your savings account info, and they need your checking account info? Just some guesses based on the info you gave. Good luck.

UPDATE: I WAS WRONG MUST HAVR JUST BEEN A MISTAKE SOMRHOW BECAUSE THEY HAVE APPROVED MY BANK!! I AM SORRY GLOBALPOKER YOU ARE LEGIT AND I AM ******* WHERR DO I FIND DELETE BUTTON ON MOBILE?

I had an issue when trying to get my account information approved because my bank does not print account numbers with their statements. I was able to resolve it by sending a picture of a check which has both my account and routing number.

This will.not help.you, but maybe will help someone with a similar situation.
