Hello my name is Daniel I play under the screen name webelongtogether recently global sent me an address verification form what seems to be very randomly i have sent in multiple screenshots I have sent in a statement from my bank showing My address ist he same As it is on my utility bill. The only response global has given me is sending me a link over and over again that sends me to an unsecured website that my Chromebook will not allow me to proceed with despite me telling them this over 10 times they simply will not listen the link they are sending is broken. I have sent in all information Can a mod from Global please help me fix this problem? I play from my Chromebook my IP address has not changed in years I have sent screenshot after screenshot Showing my utility bill showing my bank statement showing that the link you are sending me is a unsecure dangerous website.The customer service has been completely abysmal am an utter shock that such a simple issue Is this hard to resolve despite the ample evidence I have sent in Please help thank you
